These all work together so you can do those smashes, clears, drops, and counters well.       That will depend on your strength. Always start with low and slowly build up. It’s best if u could at least consult a physical trainer and make sure to do it correctly so u don’t get injured! 😁🏸

      Definitely good to do gym workouts but just make sure you do exercises not to bulk up as it would be harder to move on court if your muscles are stiff or bulk up in the wrong places ... 😁🏸

    In That hand gripper exercise , we have to exercise for 20 sec and for 3 sets!!
    So that 3 sets is for whole day or for one time??

      If you want to work on something specific, sure you can add it to your training everyday but it would also be nice to have variety in training even if you are targetting improvement in one aspect of your game😁🏸

      Use water bottles or maybe shampoo bottles that are still full, try to be creative, you might have things at home that can be used😁🏸

      Those are very light maybe 3-5lbs only. I will suggest starting light and slowly working your way up to heavier ones. Do not immediately go to a heavy one as you need to build your strength first. But if u are already in a strong level by all means go for heavier dumbells😁🏸

      Definitely it will be easy to recover the accuracy on court as long as you are fit. I know everyone does less than their usual training but as long as its not a complete stop you are fine. 😁🏸

      Backhand serves can allow you to do flick serves to the back but it tricky to do a high long serve as you can be faulted😁🏸

    Maaaammmm......its a long time....
    I am in deep trouble....my knee got injured for the first time (ligament injury) just consulted nearby hospital physician only, because of 'covid' can't consult a specialist.he give some pills and oilment , now it is ok to walk and bent...but something remains.. actually it is knee tendon injury...

      O no!! I’m so sorry to hear that, maybe you can find a physical therapist who you can consult online to discuss the findings on your knee and maybe they can give you alternatives on what to do to make it heal faster and right.😁🏸

      @@CoachKennieAsuncion thanks for your great advise....before that i think its better to go for an MRI scan to find out the density of injury. What do u think mam...? by god's grace its getting better day by day i think but a slight pain remains for a couple of days. I have no confidence to give more strain for that leg, that much it hurt me during the period of injury happened....what about covid in your place mam....? Hope u stay safe....
