Were so painful that even writing was painful i cant move my whole arm when i found out how to use my arm the correct way its getting better its not painful (before i saw your vid) But when i saw this vid i use this tip and now i dont have pain stuck at my arm My technique before i saw this was first using my strength at my shoulder and i imagine my arm was a whip
arm whip is generally a technique for volleyball spikes, no wonder your whole shoulder was hurting. I play both but mainly Volleyball and when i started badminton after a year, i got this burning sensation in my shoulder like someone lit a fire in my shoulder. I then realized that i was using the volleyball spiking technique to smash in badminton.
