    1. 4 habits for good health and happy hormones -
    - 30 mins of exercise daily (strength training atleast twice a week)
    - A 20 min afternoon nap
    - have a wholesome snack betwee 4-6 pm
    - go gadget-free 60 mins before bedtime
    2. 3 things you must avoid -
    - Dieting
    - Detox
    - Distracted eating
    3. Top 5 foods for hormonal balance -
    - Overnight soaked raisins and kesar first thing in the morning
    - Lesser known seasonal vegetables
    - Seasonal and special millets like kuttu, rajgira, etc.
    - Dahi or chaas with your meals or as mid-meal
    - Aliv and other local seeds, in traditional forms

    Good habits-health-hormones
    HABITS-
    1. Include 30mins of exercise. Strength training (2day/week)
    2. Afternoon nap post lunch for 20-30 mins
    3. Having wholesome snack between 4-6pm: breakfast options/fruit/homemade laddoo
    4. Avoid using gadgets 60mins before bed.
    1. Don't DIET. .
    2. Don't eat mindlessly or emotionally
    3. Don't detox
    Everyday food
    1. 4 soaked raisins with 2 soaked kesar, 1st thing in morning
    2. Vegetables- roots tubers, GLV, yam
    3. Millets- nachni, rajgira, kuttu,
    4. Curd/chaas
    5. Gardencress /haleem seeds

      Well Rujuta mam has such a great influential personality, that people unconsciously start mimicking her and , I listen to her 3-4 videos and start speaking like her, forget about these who stay with her for 7-8 hours in her office every day... its not her fault, I have even seen Kareena speaking in her style, see how influential she is...

      You can eat rice in night it's easy to digest. But some people might feel the need to go to urinal more in night after eating rice in night. See what suits your body.

      Eat local & seasonal fruit as like sitaphal, guava, singhara, bananas. Or poha,upma, handful of peanuts :)

      I also hv to tk thyr pill in morn as 1st thing. So if i do any such remedy i tk 45mts-1hr aftr thyr tablet.i thought it's safe approach. Im hypothyr since 25yrs. Hope this helps.
      Pl do always check with ur Dr. Endocrinologist

    I am very sure all these daily videos are to promote her new book in market. And surprisingly the others from her team contradict Rujuta herself. A classic care is Jinam saying to use whey protein shake whereas Rujuta has been on record to not fall for protein powders.
