Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.

Recently I developed hypertension & Diabetes, have family history of both. I recently gained lots of weight, shifted to new state & trying to get settled. Developed Pancreatitis symptoms. How to deal with all these. Thanks for sharing this knowledge
I have 2 questions... 1. Can i drink white petha or ash gourd juice in the morning.. 2. Can i eat sabji mixed aate ka roti? A roti which is made with aata and sabji... Example... Mix beet with aata to get a red roti... Pls answer
I think yes, the satvic diet is never known to fail ... this lady doesn't tell you that white rice is polished rice and is stripped off its nutrient, therefore brown rice or par boiled rice is better. And wheat too is refined, doesn't have the bran for digestion, therefore adding vegetables to the dough is great....
She is saying so many accurate things which we don't think about. It's as if she is reminding us to follow our cultural meals. As we go on with years and generations passing we are changing the most important aspect in our lives - food!

Such an awesome video but Maam could you also talk about portions... In traditional families our mothers wouldn't stop serving us three or four portions of food which leads to excessive eating. So HOW MUCH is OK for good health
Sahi 👍👍👍 shukar hai finally koi to nutritionist/ dietitian hai jo bekar ke drama se bacha rahi hai and giving practical solutions 😊
Hi Rujuta ji... what about NRIs? How should we balance local and Indian food in such cases?
Recently I developed hypertension & Diabetes, have family history of both. I recently gained lots of weight, shifted to new state & trying to get settled. Developed Pancreatitis symptoms. How to deal with all these. Thanks for sharing this knowledge
Please make video for severe PCOD diet
wow, what a lady!! she knows how to use our own food. Now a days people are following blindly the concepts which are not sustainable.
Hi Rujuta my waiste is 32, my Hip- 41 touching above toe -0 , and sitting on chair n get up is completed in 1 min counts are 51
I have 2 questions...
Heard that a small slice of raw haldi is very good in the morning. Please enlighten. Thanks 💕
Thank you so much for the video. Loved everything you said it's easy to follow and sustainable over a long period of time 👍.
What do you think about threptin discuits? And should we have a milk before sleeping?
Mam what's wrong with lemon juice in the morning with luke warm water 💦
it damages teeth
@@fatimab6064 it happens if we brush immediately
On regular basis if you take lemon it will weaken you bones. I read it somewhere
@@puja1711 I don't think 1 lemon evry day will damage bones anything in moderation doesn't harm
Lemon is acidic. Acid will be the 1st thing touching the inner lining of your stomach which is not good.
it's all about lifestyle chanj not a diet glade to hear it all doubts are clear now thank u so much mam
