Dude the pork loin is the best one hands down. Try it sometime. I usually order two of those cause I eat it up so fast.
Unfortunately the company is currently under fire from government food standards organizations trying to change how they make the meat and forcing them under the regulations for jerky. Hope they dont change the formula too much because of this. I like these way better than jerky.

By the way, when I saw you open each bag almost died. I was like oh my God he has to eat all of these in three days otherwise they last for six months and then if you put them in the fridge, they should last you about a week believe me I’m an avid buyer of Carnivore. I know a lot about how to care for them and you know how to refrigerate them and store them.
I had friends and family help me out no worries. After I open them all, I noticed they weren’t good for much longer. I almost died myself. Haha
