I didn't like them when I tried it, and personally wouldnt reccomend, but you gotta keep in mind that your looking at the dried weight. It's actually like a lb of fresh grass fed beef. Taste and texture didn't do it for me tho, they have poor quality control

Nonetheless point is you can get much better quality protein for less than this Carnivore Snax.
