      I started drinking chamomile tea before bed, and it helps with sleep so much, you should get it, it also helps with anxiety etc. You could also try sleeping in a cold room that's pitch black

      Melatonin , the liquid form puts me to sleep fast , but I get headaches the next day . You may not get this side effect . Good luck .

    It's amazing how a vast majority of human biology issues are solved the same way. Eat a well balanced diet, be active, get enough sleep and don't over stress yourself. It's not rocket science.

      app well I have a lot more energy, strength and focus. Compared to before. My whole life I've only been able to do 2-3 days without releasing but not I feel limitless. Confidence through the roof as well. 2 things that help boost testosterone are cold showers (1 full min at the end of your shower) and eating fish such as salmon and other sushi's (once a week)

    I havent joined a gym ....but from 2011 till date...atleast 1000 guys have appreciated my physique....and behind this compliment...the only reason of my physique is i do regular pullups on a daily basis...nothing else....atleast 100 pullups a day for sure

      Stefan Dragos You can get it at most health food stores, supplement stores or online such as amazon.com. You want to look at the label and look for KSM-66 Ashwagandha. It is supposed to be the most effective form of it. 300-600 mg 1-2 times a day should be sufficient.

    What are you suggesting dear! 10 hours of sleep seriously, more than 7 hours of sleep is just a waste of time and energy (it also brings with it a host of other diseases like depression, insomnia, low digestion and what not too much sleep is bad, limit it to 7 hours a day). All of the other points are valid though! Keep up the good work Bright Side!!!

    Here is another way... You can "walk your dog" almost to the end, 3 times a day without coming and your testostorone will be 1000 times higher within a week and leveled.
