I just started playing this because I was bored. Didnt really expect to like it, and the world and atmosphere is really good. Its like playing a crazy sci-fi thriller movie. Ive never played anything quite like it

My xbox decided to turn itself on and update. That's the first time I've ever seen that. Also, the first time my xbox was turned on in atleast a year and a half.
So anyways, I let it update and I see that they have black Friday sales. Out of curiosity, I scroll through and see control is on sale for $20, which brings me here.

Hmmm... I played Alan Wake remastered a few days back.
The story was very good. Very fun game with great pacing and intriguing characters along the way.
If Control feels a bit short compared to that tight experience, I'm not sure about it..... It looks very fun to play though.

The ultimate edition includes the dlcs and extra content
@@starisma4215 That's sounds really good. But it doesn't include a disc. It has a collectible steel book that you can store a disc in if you buy the disc separately right?

My issue with Control is that I find the story very confusing and while the game's mechanics aren't complicated the game doesn't do a very good job of explaining how it all works.

Game reminds me of SCP
The story was promising at the beginning, but it turned out to be actually more like ... nothing. Kinda like Hedron. :D
The DLCs were a soulless cash grab. Good review though.
People are hating on ultimate edition but I got it along with the original game for less than £50. Just had to wait for a store deal.
Dropped the game last year due to the horrible HORRIBLE map
