- I'm having so much fun with these giant home-cooked food challenges I decided in this week's episode of The Chronicles Of Beard to do another one!
This week we're cooking up the biggest samosa ever eaten! Over 10,000 calories and almost 9lb worth of one of Indian cuisine's best loved appetisers...The only question is...Can it be finished by one man?
RECIPE:
2kg Filo Pastry Sheets
1.2kg Potatoes
500g Peas
300g Carrots
250g Diced Cooked Chicken
Salt, Pepper, Garam Masala, Garlic, Onion & Turmeric to season

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Brother, I’ve been following you for years now. You’re the biggest help when I’m diet-fasting. A little over 2 months now and I’m 30lbs down. Living this food-gorging through you will help me drop the next 30.
Btw, I had a cheat meal in proper Beard fashion...from Taco Bell. Calculated calorie count was a bit over 9,000 and around $26. Ate everything and knew I could do more...but I was scaring my family lol

I’d love to see a fully loaded giant Ben and Jerry’s sundae. Bake some brownies and cookies, chop up some banana, strawberries and whatever else fruit you want, maybe add some candy bars, hot fudge and caramel, then top it off with some whipped cream and one cherry!

I would love to see Beard talk about how he preps between these big meals, what a normal eating day looks like when hes not eating a mountain of food. Also what cardio he has to do to keep lean
don't really do much dedicated cardio apart from walking, but i did a little video coming up soon you might like that mentions it a bit

Challenges
Messy and fun! Just how we like it. The crunch on the pastry sounded like wrapping paper on Christmas morning, the excitement of tearing off xmas paper to see what's inside. Even though you do! Lol. A perfect samosa Adam. Helped by your beautiful assistant. Xx

I think that quarantine made these challenges even better since you both enjoy making giant stuff and making us laugh haha. This was a big one for real. Maybe try making a giant donut for the next one;)

We stumbled across your channel one night whilst drunk and bored....we be thoroughly addicted now...it probably a combination of being locked up in our house and knowing a lot of the places you go to do the challenges, being as we're just across the way in Hull...no matter, you have brightened up our nights and made this whole situation that little bit more bearable - keep up the vids, much looooove from Hull ( A dump but its OUR dump )

Yeah it’s the lack of variety. I fucking love a pork pie, but that massive one was horrific looking. Same with the giant creme egg.
yeah this one was great...to be fair enjoyed the cinnamon roll too, until I got to the end...but anything in large volumes gets dull haha

brilliant yet again - a little hint, if you struggle getting a lid off a jar like that again, pierce the lid with the tip of a sharp knife, it should make the lid easier to remove

The filling is needed to be eaten along with the covering, as in together, so you feel it's spice but the covering will keep the spice quite calm.... From becoming tooooo spicy. 😂😝
