Good evening people of earth! Thanks for joining me for yet another episode…
This one is the first in a little three-part series I did in Finland, which makes a bit of a change from North America if nothing else, so I hope you enjoy it…
I’ll be back on earlier than usual (it’s Christmas after all) and I’d be overjoyed to see you then!
Cuddles, your old mate BMF ❤️
Here for the Beard
Find some challenges down the south of the uk!
And video idea, re visit some of your undefeated challenges or some to beat your record
All the best!
Collab with Xiaomanyc and you will have world eating challenge domination.

I can't stop watching this man eat food
The channel crossover that I didn't expect to see!
There’s a crossover we’d all like to see. I think he plays guitar too. Just not quite as well as he eats!
I actually have some inside info about his upcoming video. I can't talk much about it, NDA and all that, but you could definitely say he "eats some food"
We need more fails. These UA-cam eaters always eat the same LB's of food, just different kinds. There is no suspense anymore😴
worlds collide
As a Finnish person I congratulate you on finding an actual eating challenge. A good looking one to boot.
Not that food isn't expensive in Finland but I don't understand how that can cost 140€
@@jollyjoker6340 you answered your question. because it is expensive. that's why.
@@jollyjoker6340 it's expensive (campared to most) and it's ALOT of food and proper food
@@jollyjoker6340 Thats what the taxes do for your prices. You'd be shocked to find out how big of a portion of this price is made up with taxes.
Obviously taxes do you good as well, but thats the trade off.
```` wait... €140? really? 140 EURO? WTF?! XD 140 euro for what was on the table? buhahahaha.... this is 3x overpriced (should be 50 euro)
Maddest thing is, every time I watch this guy I come away ravenous!
Great work, Mr.Beard!
I had a client who spoke only Finnish. He taught me to say merry Christmas Happy New Year and I love you. This came in handy when I randomly came across the Finnish Jr Mens Hockey team who were in town for the Jr World Hockey Championship. You can imagine how shocked they were to hear that outside of Finland.
Lol I'm Finnish and living outside Finland, one of my classmates knew how to say "Welcome Santa Claus" for some weird reason that he never told me. Next time tell them "Tervetuloa Joulupukki".
As an American who's frequented BBQ joints many, MANY times in his life, that brisket looks incredible. Very surprised at the smoke ring and how moist it looked.
what do you think about the value tho? i think 140 bucks for a small tray like that is insane. i live in finland and its very expensive living
The Finns do practice on themselves to get the smokering just perfect😉
@@grimmow187 definitely expensive. In the USA... Maybe $60-70 USD? Been a while since I have had good brisket so maybe prices are just up everywhere
American here as well. I think it's awesome that there's an American style bbq place in Finland, but holy shit that's an insane price for that amount of food! Crazy expensive even now! Double what it would cost in America. 😮
@@grimmow187 Do they increase the price because its a challenge?
It's amazing to me how much I THINK I can eat when I'm super hungry, but there's no way I'd be able to finish this.
this time it's easy, even if you can't eat it all, it's finish either way
I am confident most people would die if they are it
This is light work.
So you wouldn't be able to....FINNISH this?!?!!!
The banter between you and the Finns is top notch mate. Great episode, I watch you everyday before I start my night shift nursing gig whilst I eat a burrito.
Thankyou for your service my friend ❤❤
You made this challenge look like a little snack. 😂
Given some of the challenges he’s done, it LOOKS like a little snack lol
TBH, I was waiting for the rest of it to come out...
I'm not a competitive eater but I think I could finish that with a fair amount of certainty.
They only thing off-putting is the price.
i try
To the dark market! 😮
@@expfcwintergreenv2.02I got that with translate as well. I wonder if that is a good translation
@@craigfoulkes Literal translation means "FINLAND PERKELE TO THE MARKET" Which is just a common thing to say whenever someone outside of Finland mentions Finland in any way. Beard, I used to chat with a girl from Finland a lot. She said no matter what's being served, in Finland nothing is eaten w/o a potato included so the potatoes on the side didn't surprise me. Oh and Finland has curse words that can't even be translated into English; PERKELE!!! 🤣
Finnish people are nordic not scandinavian
@@DeathSpeltzer "Geographically speaking, the Scandinavian peninsula is the area shared by Norway, Sweden, and a part of northern Finland. From this perspective, the Scandinavian countries would, therefore, include only Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. However, culturally and historically, the north of Europe has been the political playground of the kingdoms of those three countries, with Finland once being a part of the Kingdom of Sweden and Iceland once belonging to Denmark. Therefore, you can see why so many non-Scandinavians naturally connect Scandinavia to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland" Hence my confusion. My grandmother was Swedish and always included Finland among the Scandinavian countries. I stand corrected now, thank you.
@@dogslounge214 the Scandinavian Peninsula is a prominent peninsula located in and taking its name from Scandinavia, not the other way around. Scandinavia has never meant anything other than Denmark, Norway and Sweden combined. Areas, people culture, history and languages. The peninsula that includes Finland (and eastern Karelia + Kola Peninsula)with Norway and Sweden is known as Fennoscandia.
yes, Icelandic is a northern Germanic language as well but practically incomprehensible to Scandinavians whom might themselves have slight difficulties understanding each other. Finish ofcourse, nobody understands…
and of course Iceland have shared roots with in particular Norway (like 1000 years ago) but also share some ancient ties with Ireland. Then there’s the Faroe Islands…
I think that would've been around $60 in USA. Meat looked great. For those who don't know, never go into a BBQ restaurant, order 4+ types of meat, and then compliment the Bleu cheese dressing ... Adam. In the future, drink half a soda, refill the cup with the shake/ice cream to turn it into a float (and warm/melt it). Drink from the second soda and repeat until the shake is gone. You won't have to worry about losing time to brain freeze. Great video!
I mean he complimented it plain, not dressed all over the meat.
bozo from tenison
@@ulfar321 I worked at a BBQ restaurant for the summer. When you spend 2+ hours prepping the meat, 12-16 hours smoking the meat, carefully cutting it so that it's the best possible protein it can be. That looked absolutely DELICIOUS 😁 Great episode... really looking forward to the rest of the series. Great work as always man 🙏
Thank you 🙏
