At the end of the day, it’s still gonna cost him a good chunk of money, probably $400-600. Context: I used to run a business(profitable). Tax write offs don’t work the way most people think. I’ve found they just hear the phrase and think it means it negates the purchase. Not saying this is necessarily you but I have run into many incorrect understandings before from internet people.

You can tell its that by the hexagon pattern on it, so Max is totally fine using metal utensil in it, as that is what that pan was designed for to be non stick but allow metal utensil

Hi, I’m an Australian. And sometimes I watch “Americans tries (insert country name here) snacks” videos. And the one thing that always gets under my skin is when they try to eat vegemite like peanut butter, and then decide that it’s not fit for human consumption. To then never talk of it again.
I’m writing to ask that you do a video on cooking with vegemite, because it CAN be cooked with. The same sort of way that peanut butter and apricot jam gets cooked with.
Vegemite can be used in stews, soup, meat pies, braises, stir fries, in a glaze on grilled or roasted meat and vegetables, in stroganoff and on paster as a step up from buttered noodles. Just google “cooking with vegemite” or “cooking with vegemite meat” and take your pick. And remember not to use too much.
Naturally if you do, do a video on vegemite as a result of this comment. You can focus on whatever you like, but I have a suggestion. I think a good place to start would be “beef stew three ways” or “beef stew blind taste test” stew “A” as a control, stew “B” made with vegemite and stew “C” made with bonox. I would start with a 1 / 8 teaspoon of vegemite for a stew that serves four. And you can make a vegemite compound butter if you are not confident on how it well dissolve in to the broth. (butter - vegemite 1:1 or 2:1)
It can also be used as a substitute for soy sauce.
I also understand that the northern hemisphere is in summer. So, it goes without saying I won’t be holding my breath. But I am hopefully optimistic.

Can confirm I have used Vegemite as a umami booster when I've run out of miso paste, for example. Possibly oyster sauce, too? No, it's not a perfect substitute, but in a pinch...? Also sub for beef stock in stews/casseroles, diluted with water like you would wet stock concentrate.
The fact that you have to do so much to it for it to be edible says a lot about vegemite. The Australians I met swear by it, but I've had it and it's at best an acquired taste. Like beer. And I don't like beer so...
