Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

If memory serves me correctly, it’s cottage pie because in this country cattle were farmed in an enclosed environment, near a farmers cottage, unlike goat or sheep which roamed and needed a herdsman to bring them to market or slaughter house. I’ll see myself out

Them rhubarb and strawberry crumbles I would easily take down two of them by my self and they would be super nice with a vanilla ice cream just slightly soft and smooth

If you do make a lasagna, my wife makes this amazing lasagna, she does the cheese layers by mixing cream cheese and cottage cheese together and it comes out as this lovely mixture that provides a great creamy texture which compliments everything else in the lasagna. Hope you take this idea into consideration if you do make a large lasagna.

Always a pleasure watching you mate, big ups to Mrs. Beard too, just wanted to tell you not to huff on food to cool it down, it is very unhealthy to do that, all mouths have bacteria and it's harmless as long as stays there but when u huff that bacteria gets on the food once that happens it mixes with the bacteria in the air and it becomes harmful so don't just cut ur food or mix it well for a few mins and it won't be so hot anymore.
Keep up the good work, keep your beard nice and clean, and stay safe u and urs bud.
