There is a golf ball launcher upper for AR family rifles. It is supposed to launch the ball up to 600 yards, but I’m reasonably sure you can come up with good uses for it.
They did make a golf ball launcher for mosins that attached similar to the bayonet.

Combat Engineer here, look into the M26. It’s a stand alone or under-barrel mounded, box magazine fed, pump action shotgun. It’s secured a bit more securely on the M4 using the bayonet lug and a lip that slides around the barrel nut. Used it probably a couple hundred times in my career so far and never had it catastrophically fly off the weapon I had it attached to lol
Also gives you enough rounds to give each locking mechanism a double tap
Agreeeeed love the use and function of it in R6
a bit difficult for me to pull the charging handle since m16a4 has longer barrel might as well swap it for a grip
the problem wasn't the under barrel attachment. the problem is attaching it to a plastic rail.
You'd think people who work with guns and should have good range/ handling discipline would also have good listening comprehension. go figure i guess lmao.
The tank is also very cool.

Scott with McNally would have some seriously chaotic energy
Coming from someone that's been working with commercial doors and frames for the last decade, your expensive lock is only as good as your frame. People like to buy pre-hung doors because they're cheap but those frames are thin pieces of wood screwed to your studs. Get Metal frames with 4" lag bolts if you can.
Not only cheap but time efficient installation is a for everyone doing someone else's job
Security screen doors are the way to go. Especially now days.
Good advice. In Europe they seem to make doors more sturdy than in the USA, ironic since their crime rates are lower. They have solid or metal laminated doors, sturdy metal frames and up to three tongues/bolts that come out when you turn the key (often no doorknob either, the key is the doorknob, and the keys are strong with anti-copying mechanisms built in). When I once lost a key and got a handyman to grind their way in, the guy told me he once had to open a bank vault that took less time to break in than this door (perhaps exaggerating but it took 20 minutes of grinding and several disks to get in).
@@raylopez99 production firms put them up quick and cheap. Million dollar homes will have a dozen things wrong with them at completion because it's cheaper than doing it right. That's why it's always important to get a home inspected before purchase. People like prehung doors from hardware stores because they can get the whole thing, lock and all for slabout $300, while I hollow metal door and welded frame would run closer to $1500-2000. We quoted a job for $7k an opening last week.
@@BugsISKing Yeah I agree. Am surprised at the junk quality of new homes here in suburban DC that sell for $2M+. McMansions made with cheap materials but they sell like hotcakes. And if you try and complain about the quality you'll be outbid by some greater fool. Hope this fools market continues however, as we plan to build some homes and then sell them as we've done in the past.
Scott turned a 12 gauge shotgun into a 24 gauge shotgun, and it was so easy to do. Just slap another 12 Gauge on it.

The folding table graveyard has been one of my favorite additions to the channel. Another great vid Scott
I've never been much of a video game player. What I never saw, in my career as an LEO, was a door solid or hollow core with more than one lock that I could not "mule kick" off its hinges, and often out of its frame. The first officer in doorway went in with a 12ga pump with a slug up the tube while I "rolled in" behind him with my .45ACP service pistol loaded with 230grn +P JHPs. Next guy in was armed with yet another 12ga pump with 00 buck up the tube. Ah, those were the days and probably why my right knee hurts the way it does even as I type. I really enjoyed this video. Keep 'em comin'!!!
I wonder what your opinion is on EU style doors, often solid core with multiple locks.
Standard household doors were I live (UK) have built in between 3 and 7 deadbolt style locks around lock side of the frame. Sure each one is a bit weaker than a deadbolt but combined they tend to make doors more challenging to breach (so much so that an accept approach is to break the hinges to breach them if they aren't UPVC centers or just knock out the frames as they tend to be easier to knock out than the door locks, not using breaching shotguns or kicks tho, a handheld ram), oh and there is also often a single central solid lock too.
Were I used to work this would not have had a chance on the exterior doors, but then i doubt any breaching shotgun would work. 2" solid steel core door (core is 1 & 3/8" thick), 3 deadbolts, standard lock and overnight a secured steel bar, oh and the frame is solid steel too, so your not blowing the locks out of it. It's basically designed to be breach resistant to the point were you'd go thro the wall next to the door faster than the door (which was kindof the point when they were fitted apparently, not that they were needed when i worked there). Stupid part is, they did all that for all the exterior doors, and then the front of the building has a standard roller shutter & retractable bollard and the internal doors are normal doors. Gotta love it when management does security decisions and fails to consult the security staff.
Yeah no one cares
@@jasong6027 You would if Billy Bad Guy and his Merry Band of Miscreants decided your house or apartment looked good for containing "transferable assets".
@@cgi2002 Every structure has a weak spot or spots. No matter how many locks are installed on a door/doors or how much money was spent on them. Not to mention that is why they make breaching charges and 20lb sledgehammers. Oddly enough the more locks installed on any given residential door the easier it is to breach. For obvious reasons if you take a moment to look at such a set up the weakness will almost jump out at you. Stronger can also mean weaker.

I, too, had an unfortunate motorcycle accident around 11 years ago and lost half my leg, so I have a few scars as well!! I'm glad you're still doing what you love most! Keep em coming!!!
Carpenter here. I was probably one of the guys saying to use a solid core door. With this one.....a 5/4 jamb (which you'd have on an exterior door) should have been used. Although that thing would have creamed any jamb of any thickness....unless it was a metal jamb.
I work in the industry as well. Boss has always said that a deadbolt only means that it'll take 2 kicks instead of 1
So obviously a metal door and frame would be interesting. However, more realistic, and what I and many friends and family members have, are a reinforced wooden frame with upgraded hardware such as a 24" thicker striker plate with many 3 ½" screws, and a steel reinforced plate that fits over the door where the lock is to reinforce the door from breaking while being kicked. So it's almost like a metal frame and door, except you can upgrade a wooden door to this for about $25 which is significantly more cost effective. That would be interesting to see how it performed on some cheap upgrades like that. The steel is about 3/16" to 1/4" thick on the upgraded striker plate, and the reinforcement metal plate around the door lock is probably 1/16" to 1/8" steel. The biggest "surprise" is most of us have an additional lock (similar to a hotel room lock but much more sturdy) that can only be locked from the inside. You can't see where the lock is as there is no indication it's there from the outside, and it doesn't allow the door to open at all to gauge where it is. It's rated for 1,000 lbs of force and has a rubber foot between the door and metal latch to absorb impacts from kicks/blows. I imagine you would have to "guess" and just keep making holes until you get lucky 🤣
As a child I helped my father fit a seasoned oak door with a 3/4 inch thick steel and kevlar inner plate covering the whole door except for a small central window hole which had ballistic glass. The hinges and locks were bolted to the plate inside the door and the frame was a covering of seasoned oak over solid steel which had a 1 inch deep groove to either side of the door. When locked the frame and door were locked together so securely it was better to breach the wall rather than bother trying to open the door. As for the lock, it was an ASSA security lock of a type even the Lock Picking Lawyer said he would use on his own property. Despite the weight it was very smooth to open and close and almost silent.
Conversely, the back door was an inner house door with a three level lock I could open with screwdriver... FML.
Can you say Jamb again?
Hey Carpenter….can you please have a look at how the wood “breaks”…looking at the first two shots makes me wonder if they weren’t precut!
So I’m a retired firefighter. We take locks all the time. This is why a have added a small steal plate and very long screws to my jams. You can still get through it, but it will take a lot of time and make enough noise to get the neighbors attention. There are other ways to defeat them quickly.
do you not have windows?
@@metasamsara not on my doors. steel solid core, front, back and garage. Only one house window is really low and I have thorny bushes under it. The rest of the windows sit high. I also have multiple cameras, like minded neighbors and two big, loud dogs.
@@metasamsara Breaking glass is a lot more attracting than a door. You could beat a door and no one will check smash a window and the whole neighborhood is looking. Most thieves won't bother with windows unless they know what and where they are looking for.
As someone whose worked as a locksmith for over a decade. This, so much this. Your lock is only as good as your doorframe. A doorknob and deadbolt can be kicked in almost contemptuously easily. The thing that can make it harder is asolid metal plate in the doorframe where the doorknob and deadbolt latch and then use 3-4 inch screws to not only go through the doorframe but into the stud it's attached to. That's important as there's only about an inch-inch and a half of wood that has to be broken and cheap pine boards have thick rings so it's really easy to split.
Three things you can put on a door to fix that are a chain latch, a door knob security bar, and a door bar. Each of those transfers the force into a different portion of the door. The chain latch with long screws are screwed *through* multiple layers of the wood in the doorframe, same with the door bar, so even if the doorframe around the knob and deadbolt break the screws in the doorframe holding those features are going in perpendicular to the direction of force making it much harder to kick out. The door knob security bar transfers the force of the kick upward, so even if the doorframe breaks it can't really move inward unless they kick it so hard the knob comes off, which is an order of magnitude more difficult.
Each of those, the first two with at least 2 and a half to three inch screws holding them in can withstand a couple dozen kicks or more, which is about twice as many more than most criminals are willing to spend on kicking in a door.

The "Paldal" door is constructed of 2 sheets of galvanized steel (to prevent metal damage in oxidation-reduction processes) with a thickness of 1.25 mm with welded longitudinal reinforcements. The door is equipped with a multi-bolt locking system consisting of 7 bolts that connect to three door jambs the door:
5 bolts connect to the frame next to the lock.
One bolt connects to the upper frame.

I have a recommendation; when using a door, frame, and whatever lockset is to make it more realistic. That being build a wall to code around the door frame. In most cases, that means there will be two 2x4s on each side of the door frame, no need for a header. See if that makes a difference when you're trying to breach a door.

The door breacher is meant to decimate the frame. When going through CERT training, our instructor said outright, the shotgun is a 2-tier method. The locks can be "solid eff-you, I'm not moving" material, or it's a sh*t deadbolt in reinforced material in the frame.
If both, then you have shape charges (which will work almost every time.)
When needing to door breaches, the team always preferred a straight up shotgun if necessary.
I like what you have set up there after the mishap. Glad you're not hurt.

10:31 "Soil Fart" !! U`r the first human being who expiring that!
If you look closely at the slow motion shot of the shotgun breaking off of the rifle, you can see the muzzle device spinning freely.
