Pie Crust:
All purpose flour-2 Cups
Salt- 1/2 Tsp
Sugar- 2 Tsp
Butter- 150 g
Ice cold water- 4 & 1/2 Tbsp or 90 ml
Pie filling:
Chicken breast- 1/2
Olive oil- 1 Tbsp
Butter- 10 g
Onion- 1/3 Cup
Salt- 1/2 Tsp
Pepper powder- 1/4 Tsp
Chopped garlic- 2 Cloves
Mushroom- 100 g
All purpose flour- 1 Tbsp
Chicken stock- 100 ml
Milk- 60 ml
Dried thyme- 1/4 Tsp
Egg wash
