Ramen noodles&soup from scratch, gnocchi, har gow, snow eggs, kalbi&japchae&doenjang, curry from scratch, pasta from scratch, kimchee from scratch, pelmeni, scottish tablet, 5 layer mirror cake, bobotie, fatayer, golubtsi, dolmas, oeufs a la neige... All of these things&more, I can cook. But I stg, after reading at LEAST 20 recipes and 8 failed attempts, this bread has become one of my 'nemesis' recipes(GOOD turkish delight and hand pulled folded udon, are 2 others.) I just cannot seem to get it right. Your video is really good, straightforward. I will try your recipe&follow it word for word&hope for the best. thank you.
excellent tutorial, thank you! Can I ask if you have any books you recommend to learn about baking? (How did you even learn about the tanhzhong method??)
Hi! Unfortunately I haven't read many baking books. I gained most of my baking knowledge from google, youtube, instagram, and lots of experimentation 😅
That looks so good! Imma try it! Btw, is bread flour the same with all purpose four? Can you also please have the American measurements please? It’ll be much easier 😘. Thank you
Thank you ! 💜 Bread flour is stronger than all purpose flour and can handle more water. You can still use all purpose flour for this recipe, you just have to use less water. I unfortunately don't have the American measurements 😔. I measure all my recipes in grams for improved accuracy and can't give you my own tested conversions. But here's a link to a good conversion calculator www.thecalculatorsite.com/cooking/cups-grams.php Hope this helps and thanks for watching 🙂
Yes, this bread can be made into sandwiches but honestly you can eat it any way you like 😅 I personally like to cut it into slices, toast it, and eat it with toppings like butter or Nutella.
I MADE IT!! For anyone who doesn’t have bread flour ALL PURPOSE FLOUR works perfectly! Requires lots of patience but the results were amazing! Thank you so much for your wonderful recipe ❤️🔥❤️🔥
So glad someone speaks in a video. Thank you!!
Thanks for watching!

Does it have to be bread flour or can it be all purpose flour?
Nice directions. Wish had a gluten free version also!
The Loopy Whisk has great gluten free bread recipes!
Is it ok if I use my stand mixer to knead the dough?
Yes using a stand mixer would work. It would also save you a lot of time 😂
Thank you for the recipe.. can we use stand mixer?
Yes you can definitely use a stand mixer 😊

Is this for sandwiches? Ive saw this recipe a few times and no one had made anything with it

Can I use all purpose flour instead of bread flour?
Hi ! Yes, all purpose flour would be fine, the bread just might not rise as high. I would also reduce the milk and water by 10 grams. Happy baking 😊
