Funniest and most awesome thing in such a long time happen to me just now, I am browsing UA-cam for help on this exact transmitter because I started live streaming our school sports, and I see you, Josh! I almost fell off my chair! I am sooooooooooo proud of you! WOW! I remember the passion you had for videography back in the day, and look at you now! Such a great video, frankly all your work is just amazing! - Mr. Lopez, your former high school teacher.
Hey Josh! First off, great video! 👍. Second, THAT DATA CABLE!!! I also had reviewed the C1 and didn't do myself enough digging into the cable issue. So, I just launched a follow-up video today (in which I shoutout you and your channel BTW!) for the great info you provided and encouraged viewers to check out your awesome content. Cheers pal and happy 2022!
Hi Josh, thanks for putting up the video. I have similar setup using sony a7iii, cosmo c1 and OBS. Just have a question: Do you have a suggestion on how to get audio from the camera instead of pc/mac? the desktop audio is disabled in obs. the mic/aux audio is enabled in obs. One setting I did is that I am not recording on the camera and wired connection from camera was sending video and audio to transmitter.
A couple of questions. I didn't understand. Do they give 2 power adapters, one for the transmitter and one for the receiver? And how long can you shoot with the v-mount battery you have shown? Do I also need to purchase a v-mount adapter to attach to the transmitter and the receiver? Thank you
Great video thank you very much. It has been very helpful and unfortunately I did order the usb c cable you had linked, and it did not work out with my setup for some reason. I hope I’m able to find a cable to connect to the receiver, and the computer.
Hi, Thanks for video If the signal enters in hdmi on the transmitter, can it be recovered in sdi on the receiver, and vice versa? On the receiver, the hdmi and sdi outputs can be used at the same time? When the Cosmo C1 is used in direct usb on the pc without a capture card, can the hdmi and sdi outputs be used at the same time as the usb capture to send signals to other peripherals? Thanks

Nice video. I was wondering what's the distance of the signal? From transmitter to receiver?

Will it still work if I use a type-c cable from the receiver then a usb cable to my pc instead? It's because my pc does not have a usb port.
Can I use the USB c port to live stream on Facebook and use the HDMI out port to connect to another laptop to record the feed coming in??
Can you live stream from the C1 to a iPad or iPhone?
Obs does not find Sirous, i am using a 10Gbps cable through the receveier. On firmware V1.03.2
NIce, thx!
