I use plant milk or soy milk to soak the chia seeds. Put Goji berries (which, I pre-rinsed) without adding any sweetener. Goji berries are sweet. High vitamin A. A tablespoon of ground flax meal. And I add walnuts and almond slivers. A dash of cinnammon.
