Nice job to both of you. I sent this video to the other 4 members of my household. Hopefully they will view it. Trying to take baby steps with them although one is already plant based and my spouse has really cut down on the meat and eating much more plant based. I especially like that you explain it in simple terms with good visuals and get directly to the point while keeping it short.
Thanks for watching, Bonnie! So many times this info is explained in "dr speak" and that's just not helpful. Keep going ! After all these baby steps, you'll see how far you've leapt!
I’m so inspired by your story and your work in this field. I’ve been whole foods since 2004, but WFPB exclusively only since 2020. I’d love to set up a center like yours where I live, and I’m working on finishing my application to PCRM for their coaching certification this weekend. Thank you and the Doc for your efforts. 💗
Thank you Joy! As for the cookbook, we are big fans of Forks Over Knives, How Not to Diet and Isa Chandra Moskowitz's Appetite for Destruction (it's easy to get around any oil in it).
We're talking about the black bean I heard you mention the skin. When I'm cooking my own black beans a lot of times the skins come apart and I throw them out. Should I be leaving them in? Are they just as healthy as the bean itself?

Thanks very much! We really appreciate you watching!
Looks delicious! Love the rainbow! Went to your 101 workshop last week. Do you have a plant based cookbook you recommend? 💗🙏💚

Very good - curious what else is in the salad dressing other than date paste and turmeric
Hello! Thank you for watching! Here is the blog post and the recipe: www.cpbl-stl.com/blog/cancer

The outer skin of beans contains fiber and many antioxidants, which have anti-inflammatory properties, so I would leave them in!
Are the beans raw, cooked, or canned?
I used canned. Drain and rinse. -chef
