@Bostan Liviu Yeah, honestly by now, your character could easily wipe the floor with all the people who appear here. So it's no big loss that you don't get to fight them. I do kinda wish they could've done more with them though.

Odd, i thought acina was the only dark council member that survived.
Sebastian Samuel he was but i thought the eternal fleet destroyed him along with everyone else.
They stated that apart from Acina all other Dark Council members died or disappeared and thus she declared herself empress. And yet Vowrawn, Ravage and Mortis are still alive up until this point - the only three known councilors from before, apart from Acina, Marr and the Inquisitor. Lazy writing, nothing more.
Still it seems a bit meh
I guess Ravage never truly believed that the Emperor was a universal threat. He (Ravage) was either a fool or a victim to bad writing. Or both.
Well, he never did support you on Yavin 4. Or help fight the Emporer in any way. So we can assume he did not see him as a threat. And back in the warrior story. You hear him say to baras "I have no dought you are the voice. Now lets swat this nat and continue on with our business" or something like that. He wanted you dead since the day you walked in the dark council that day. He was probly one of baras's biggest supporters.
from what I can tell I think his action are more based off fear, you killed your master and killed and stood in the way of valk/vitiate (which I don't thing he consider him a true enemy) a powerful sith, he's probably thinking your to dangerous because clearly you never let your superiors stop you, and what's to stop you from killing acina, him or every other imp leader? He must think someone has to keep another in check.

Ravage is a fool. The Inquisitor story also has Ravage being a major supporter for Thanaton to the point of Marr hadn’t stopped Ravage he would’ve been killed as well for being incredibly foolish.

So let me get this straight. Darth Ravage calls you a threat for killing your master under orders from the emperor who he is also mad that you killed. Isn’t the way of the Sith to rise above your master in order to cast out those who are weaker? Ravage is a bad Sith.

I must admit, fact that they gave references to past of our characters makes me hype for next expansion. My Dark Jedi wants Satile head since good old days, when Shan refused to give me title of the Master.

Nah, Anakin was a good guy before he fall, in my case she never was a good girl to begin with.
I can understand why the killed off some characters like Baras becasue they would never have been used in future storylines no matter what but some of the characters like Ravage and Mortis felt very unnecessary to kill specially when the next expansion is supposed to be an Empire vs Republic.

Also how is the Wrath a danger to the Empire? Killing The Emperor saved the Empire and killing Baras left the Empire better of and stoped a power grab. Btw i like how Baras is criticising The Wraths grabs for power when he himself also tried to comit a power grab. Guess he's jealous that the Wrath succeded and he failed.

It's not just a rule of 2 thing. Infact the rule of 2 was created to make this an advantage because during the time before the rule of two multiple weak apprentices would team up and kill the stronger master and by doing that makje the next generation of sith weaker. But that's not a problem during the rule of 2 era for obvious reasons. Sith apprentices have always wanted to kill their masters to take all their power. Jaesa even mentioned it in this game to the Wrath and told him that he doens't have to worry about her turning on him like that.
i would argue that baras taking over wouldn't have been a bad thing. he was relatively stable and understood how to do things other than mindlessly slaughter civilians. for a sith he was remarkably pragmatic.
marvin nanno yeah but to be honest hè probably seems the wrath as a danger because hè/she killed all his/her superiors and if hè/she wanted to turn his/her back on the empire hè/she could destroy it basicly hè sees that the wrath has nobody to keep Him/her in check

Zero sense whatsoever. I can understand Baras somehow escaping and discovering the Order. But for Ravage to turn against the Wrath makes no sense. Valkorion killed Marr and betrayed all of the Empire. That is something anyone can see. Most of these returns made no sense whatsoever. What a shame.
I marked Ravage as a pussy and a snake the moment he spoke out against the Warrior/Inquisitor. It was clear he sided with Baras and hated Marr.
I remember, I killed him on my Sith Warrior (Dark Side), so I got Darth Ravage instead, which for some reason was very pissed at me :D :D :D
I recently came back to the game after 6 years. I could have sworn I killed Baras back in the day on my sith warrior (I've always done dark side-choices on him), but it was him who showed up in the cutscene, when I did this yesterday. :|

I don't think any of them were actually killed off, actually. When I got to the boss fight, none of the story arc characters were in the sacrificial pods. Maybe they were just associated with the Order and weren't actually used as the fuel? I doubt someone like Baras would fool for that, at least.
Edit: Never mind, just found out it's a bug. Bioware shows its award winning writing abilities once more!

Darth Sidious Honestly, my sith has killed just about everyone on his path. Starting from the slave pits all the way to Commander of the strongest force in the galaxy. But for some reason, I just couldn’t bring myself to leave Theron to die. It just seemed like a halfassed death.

Baras' return is ok. Has a clear, important connection to the SW and a plausible motivation to plot against them. Wish there was more to it, instead of him just being a stooge of the random conspiracy. Ravage is...lame. Dude is a petulant, grandstanding fop and utterly irrelevant to either Sith class.

Ravage... do you not fucking get the idea of the Sith? The strong rule, the weak perish. It is natural for a Sith, if they are stronger, to dispose of their teachers if the teacher is weaker. That's how the Sith function, and even more so with the Rule of Two later on, but even in the time before Bane's Sith, it was a fundamental rule. Ravage, you are no true Sith, heretic.

well logically if you killed him he can't return -_-. You get Ravage instead. Baras is only there if you exile him in the main story.

Honestly, I hope the rumors of SWTOR ending is true and Bioware can do a clean slate in a rebooted version with a more coherent plot

Bioware won't be doing anything without EA's approval.
And, considering EA's policy regarding multiplayer, Star Wars and gaming in general, next MMO will have no plot, will be in P2W system, will be filled with lootboxes, and onlly half of the final product will be published - another half will be published in a course of 3 years since the release in form of "expantion packs".

Well, I hope this game has some years before it gets canceled. Cancelation is unlikely, since new expantion pack is in production, which will (at least temporarly) revitalize the game
I hope the release of the new expanse will lead to open up the eternal throne contact to at the very least prefered players (at least let us give a one-time payment)
