Considering if the later parts of the game kept the fact that your Sith Inquisitor character is ridiculously powerfull I wish there was an option to straight up make her submit and go back to being the shy little apprentice knowing now to never call herself your equal.
Cause think of it like this.
In the Main story for the Inquisitor it's basically shown that your character becomes as strong by themselves as they were with the Sith ghosts so the fact that you become a member of The Dark council and can become The Emperor of the galaxy. Then she has the nerve to call herself your equal.
My character could get better and hotter girls if he wanted to but she somehow thinks that she could hold a candle to him.
Yep, she would never even have the courage to go through what I went through, I became a Dark Council member and I defeated the most powerful man in the galaxy, the immortal emperor, and took his place and now rule the galaxy and she thinks she could just barge in like that and be like "I trained a lot, I found my true potential, I found myself and now I am the same as you, all powerful" please little kid your not even close to what I have become. I wished that too, they did give us the option to shock her and make her submit but it had no effect sadly, if she didn't have those lightsabers im pretty sure we would have succeeded. I never liked her anyways.
Darth Nox's lightning would just pulverise her there is no way she could survive it just as there is no way she could have gotten away with it
KuroiOtori Yea agree, but she survived anyways. I think they didn't give you the option to kill her, if I remember correctly, or did they ? But yea it's pretty powerful

@@funnyblog100 Not sure but i think there was no option to kill her, you just banish her for good and I don't think she will try to do something against you (future wise) because they are not including anymore old companions in their updates, they just stand there and do nothing, kinda sad :3
It is so frustrating that you can't make her submit despite being so much stronger than her. You can force your will onto Khem Val, who is undeniably much more powerful than Ashara, but this weak jedi holds off one of the most powerful beings in the galaxy, and you do not even have the option to kill her like you can with Jaesa or Xalek, who are both completely helpless in front of your character if you go after them. I don't think they messed any other companion up as much as they did Ashara, nothing makes sense with her.
I agree fully, like why are they making her seem so powerful and to the extend that she even believes she could become your equal lol like, she’s nothing, and without the inquisitor she would have stayed nothing, an exile. She annoys me, I never liked her lol I broke up with her on my inquisitor right away without a second thought :P
people who don't like Ashara just don't seem to understand that she's supposed to be a Grey Jedi (I suggest researching that if any of her dialogue doesn't make sense), and even if she is weaker than Khem Val, her dialogue is supposed to reflect that she is a naïve 20 year old (yes, its actually stated somewhere that she's in her early 20s). she shouldn't be able to defeat you, but she thinks she is your equal because she is naïve. There is NO PROOF that she is your equal, it's ONLY dialogue, not based on actual actions. Most of us remember being 21 and thinking we were immortal, so it's not far fetched. And like I said, its only dialogue... hell, even if you shock her in this reunion, she doesn't actually fight you... Am I the only one that noticed that? without her lightsaber she wouldn't have been able to defend against your force lightning (remember that fight with Sidious and Mace Windu anyone? he was only able to defend against Sidious' force lightning because he was using his lightsaber, and was only defeated by Sidious after Anakin cut off the hand that was holding the lightsaber). none of this gives people any reason to hate her really... but she's not perfect. whether you take her back in the reunion or reject her has ZERO impact in the storyline, it only matters if you use her as a battle companion or not...
every inquisitor simps for her in his own way, even dark siders are like "if she aint willing, she aint fun", so its less about power and more about accepting her going if you choose wrong. hopefully my boosted inq gets her back:/
The romance version is one of the best since they started doing these. Makes me want to put the effort into romancing her in vanilla. Thanks for the video!

Most of you people are too power-obsessed, with "equal" she probably means that she doesn't want to still be considered an apprentice, which seems fair.
Hector Antias If this really is her point then I have no problem with that but I still don't feel that's what she meant, from her words I think she means an equal not just not an apprentice, equal power, and equal respect. In any case I never liked her, and that hasn't changed.
Simi-Random American things I never liked her anyways, and that hasn't changed one bit :) she was always very annoying, disagreeing with everything I choose and honestly, I feel like she was a mistake for the inquisitor, she does not fit him/her at all the companionship doesn't work, she should be more like a Jedi companion not a sith's
Jessy Wolf I thought of something they could have done. Basically your character could have made a deal with her. “I will give you a chance to prove you are my equal but you make one mistake I will make you my slave. And you will put the collar on your self in front of everyone.

hehe, I just noticed that Ashara recognises your aligment hehe. When she offered herself to your first toon and he used the middle option, he was being rude to her and she replies with "sith never change" When a light side sith uses that option, he instead praises her strenght and independence and proposes she keeps it.
Deshiel Deshiel Did you find that out ? Because here both my sith's were dark side XD the first one did not romance her as he was a level 60 jump character I hadn't done the class story on him but my second one did the class story and romanced her that's why there was a difference between the two XD it doesn't really have to do with alignment it was just that by me here one romanced her and the other didn't. BUT if you found that out yourself due to having a light side Sith inquisitor then cool I didn't know that XD
Yeah. Its like the first chapter of Kotet. Depending on your aligment, your character delivers different speeches

Damn, its quite hard to find videos showing all the options, thanks for doing it.
On a side note, even if i created a new character and leveled when 5.8 came out just to reexperience the whole ashara romance (i already had a max lvl sorc that romanced her, but it was long ago), the breaking up line is quite good, i would see how anyone could feel betrayed, but even then she still offers to help you, which could lead to a head canon where even if the Inquisitor ended their romance there, there is always a chance for that spark to start over again while they work together and work out their feelings.

Really? From what i´ve seen some of the break up lines have different tones to them (at least in my opinion). The SW with vette sounds like the interest the pc had in vette worn off, same with the agent and kaliyo, in the case of the inquisitor it sounds like the pc is hurt over the fact that even when ashara knew he was alive, she didnt try to even contact him. Cant say much about the rest tho, still need to get my sw who romanced Quinn and the smuggler who romanced Risha to go through kotfe and kotet.
Hmm I don't remember the answers explicitly as those two are some time ago but i kinda always felt that. There is always the part of "why did't you look for me ? So you gave up on me ? Did you even look for me ?" Kinda along those lines. Its why I also said "most" i did't say all but most have it so :) the agent, well Kaliyo was never for permanent, she did it just for fun so she is a bad example of what im saying, I expected that from her, but I respect your opinion though and its also a good one ^_^
Yeah, maybe im looking to much into it lol. On a side note, which of the reunions you think are good? Im trying to wrap my head around what toon to lvl next, and i still would have to do romances with aric/elara/risha/theron, not Raina tho, never could get to like her (nor Andronikos/Vector, never picked my curiosity).
a4 black I loved Raina she was so cute all the time and her voice too haha XD yea Andronikos I never liked much ether but Vector I liked a lot too even if he is half alien :P and well in my opinion the reunions I liked the most were that of Torian, Malavai Quinn, and Vector :) those 3 reunions were my favorites. Very well done and very emotional ^_^ The reunion of Aric was not so bad, Elara I never liked she was just annoying, really and Theron well Theron was my favorite romance but what they have done to him lately is making me change my opinion greatly about him and I truly hope that what they did to him is not real and just show. His romance is very nice and emotional ^_^ one of the top romances though ~
How in the world could she be your equal. In the story you frickin kill valkorion and you defeat Arcann and i bet Ashara wouldn't be able to do that, but if she means equal in "ranks" as in master, darth then i suppose it makes sense since many darths was better than others but held the same rank, tho ashara would never become an alliance commander if i that ever came to question, so no, you arent equal to the commander ashara. ManioSWTOR Yea she can forget that, she will never be like the outlander who is now the emperor/empress who defeated the immortal emperor. I won't let her even if the choice comes. I never liked her anyways, I didn't even take her back as a romance I banished her on one of my inquisitors and the other I just took her back but not as a romance just for her influence and lol
Pretty sure she just meant "Not a padawan". She's a student that wants to be treated as an adult, basically. Clearly we can mop the floor with her.
@@rainofkhandaq6678 and yet she blocked our lightning, walked away without giving us a chance to fight her and test her(or kill her). She is not our equal in any way, the only thing she has over us is the fact that the writer likes her to much to let anyone even so much as shock her.
They sure did her dirty with that dialogue

Ashara a leader? Thats a laugh. She doesnt have the strength, skill or charisma. You can tell by her voice alone.
Vandheer Lorde Yes I agree with you 100% it's why I didn't even take her back as a romance I recruited her only because she has a high influence rate with me and on my other Sith inquisitor I banished her completely, kicked her out. I never liked her, truly, not even in the class story and now she thinks she can be my equal ? And a leader ? Please haha
My Inquisitor only took her back because she saw Ashara as another tool for her to use. I would have attacked but it would make my Inquisitor look somewhat childish and weak. Mine is a manipulator and schemer, Ashara's just another pawn in her chess game lol

Jessy Wolf I was never much of a fan of her as a dark Inquisitor. She just seems so... BROKEN as in her dialogue makes no sense at all, but I just kept telling myself that she's fooling herself so she can hide from the monstrous Inquisitor. But her return just seems rather... I dunno. There's no way she can be your equal since you literally kill a GOD for crying out loud, and there's the fact that she flat-out abandons you just so she can find herself. At least Andronikos is loyal and he's a friggin PIRATE.
Awesome Boi I was never a fan of her on any side. Not light not dark, she makes no sense, says I embrace the dark side and then she disapproves of any killing or hurting or being mean to whoever telling you that's not right and stuff. She was just a mess and annoying too. And she abandons you just for that. Andronikos I am not a huge fan of ether kinda lol and yep never my equal and never will

I took her into the alliance for only one reason "her influence" because it was high and she is a good helper in fights but that's the only reason lol I never liked her, she was always just annoying as hell, and this made it worse, so just cuz you wanted to find yourself you give up and don't even bother to look for me or make any effort ? Which is why I shocked her too. But yep they are the best indeed, at lest better than her by far
I know this video is old, but how did you redo the Romance option? If you are still playing SWTOR please reply and let me know so I can see other options with the same character
Just needs good timing with a bit of sense haha what I do is I sense when a conversation is about to end so I press the esc button fast to exit out of the cutscene and then just do it over again with the next choice, esc and start over, esc and start over and so on till I have recorded all answers :) hope that helped ! And yes I still play swtor no worries ^_^
What sucks is I almost want to continue the romance on my inquisitor but I know that after this point you never see her again in onslaught and probably beyond.
Black Onyx Yea you never see her again indeed, I can confirm that to you, and sadly you never get to see any of your old companions again from now on. It's just that one reunion and then it's just silence :/ it's too much work for them to include the old companions in updates :')

Slashunter90 I thought so too cuz technically there was never really a complete romance with her nor a marriage like what usually happens with everyone this was a surprise to me too XD
Truth be told, I didn't watch your video past 10 sec. Didn't want to spoil this for me. Heck, just finding out sort of spoiled the reaction I would have gotten. Either way, still makes me want to progress past the expansions. Thanks for sharing.

If you don't like any of the dialogue options, can you just choose not to meet with her?
If you romanced her previously, can you romance the other KOTET characters without a problem, should you decide not to reunite with her? Or do you need to formally break up with her?
James Gain You can just not meet with her and leave the quest hanging in the companions and contacts window :) it was a choice, you can do the mission or if you don't want you that's okay. As for the breaking up and so, your original love interests such as Ashara for example won't make you a problem if you decide to start a relationship with someone else. It's not like real life so ur okay haha but if you choose to meet with her you will have to make a choice, ether take her back which will end the relationship with any Kotet or Kotfe companions or you can choose to break up with her and stay with the Kotet or Kotfe companion, you always have the choice and no you don't have to break up with her formally but if you do do the mission then you will have to chose between her and the other companion your with :) and whoever you choose will end the relationship with the other as you can't be with two at the same time. Hope that clarified it ^_^
Does the romance can continue regardless of your choices or does it end like with elara who breaks up with your char if you went the dark way ?
comenor91 No choices don't matter with her, not like what happened with Elara :) the only choices that matter are the ones you make when you meet her. If you shock her for example she is gone or if you never really romanced her in your class story then you will only get the non- romanced version of the dialogue like with my first Sith inquisitor in the video. The worst thing is, even though I romanced Ashara Í still felt sad when she said that she didn't want to be my follower anymore, but to be equal. Am I truly becoming a Sith now? xD
Pixx Gokou Honestly it didn't make me sad but rather annoyed lol you didn't even bother looking for me, instead, you were busy "finding yourself" or whatever she was doing. It angered me somehow and honestly I never really like her from the start xD
@@JessyWolf100 yeah, the thing is that I actually liked her, and so I try my best to still like her after that declaration but even I nearly said "nah, im still your supiror". Just couldn't do it in the end since my Inquisitor needed his Empress, but the dialogue is still damn bad

So much for Ashara's "new moves" even if you break up with her but don't force her to submit. Ashara was always about Ashara. Even an Imperius or an Oculus can still see through Ashara's arrogance, self-righteousness and hypocrisy.
True and that’s why I never liked her since the start, I was going to banish her but she had a high influence so I kept her around just for that reason cuz it’s useful

Hi there well you have to buy a subscription to get access to the expansions following Old republic. These are not in the base game, it’s a continuation of the story :) the good thing is that you only need to buy subscription once and you will get access to everything permanently until the most recent they have released. If they release more things later on you would have to buy subscription again. and well this has been a while ago but from what I remember it’s an alliance alert you get. It’s not part of the story (Kotfe and Kotet after buying subscription) you can choose to do it or not. The alert is called “A padawan no more” so just keep an eye on your alliance alerts tab and once it shows up you can go ahead and do it :) Hope that helps ^.^

Laikalasse O'Donell I have always believed that Ashara always represented Ahsoka they even have a very close name and they also look the same in a way. She is her in a way :) so I agree ~

How do I get these cut scenes?
This is an alliance alert that shows up after you complete the knights of the eternal throne expansion that starts after you complete the Ziost story continuation. To get access to it you need to be buy a subscription :)

a.k. fui Well you must be a Sith inquisitor no other class can get her mission. Then you go into your companions and contacts window and it's an alert there named "A Padawan no more" you accept it then you have a conversation with her and so on. But it's class specific unfortunately like they did with Corso, Risha, and Andronikos before. Hope that helps ~
if you romance her, is this the last cutscene of her?
TheBosnian Godfather Pretty much yes. If you decide to take her back and not break up with her it will just be the reunion and you will not have anymore scenes with her. Actually this is the case with almost all companions that you get back, just one more time and then they are erased from the story. You will always have them, but no interaction.
Call me a simp if you want but when she said she wanted to be equals I was happy to say yea imagine if she had the same power we would be unstoppable

The armor set is called “Ceremonial Mystic” ^.^ you can get it from any GTN, hope that helped !
Wooo! I finally get to break it off with the creepy little prat. Damn I'm looking forward to that :D My only regret is that I can't take my poor perturbed Sith back to Theron where he belongs... And he STILL can't romance Andronikos :(

Jeff The killer That doesn't need a subscription, hmmm, is your internet speed good and stable ? Do you have the latest patch of the game ? Check these things and then try again. If it doesn't work then you will have to contact customer support so they can look into it but I can't do anything unfortunately :/ wish you luck !

Brnreede Rogers Well it's been a very long time since I did that mission so I don't remember really well when you get it but it will show up in the companions and contacts window and will be named "A Padawan no more" and well there are some all classes get, mainly the ones that are part of the story not a separate mission like mentioned above :)

lars van kempen Jaesa, I still can't shake the feeling that she is not gonna come back and that the rumors mentioned are true :3 she is too complicated. Two different Jaesas each so different I really don't know how they are going to return her she is a tough one. Or if they do they might do like they did with Khem Val a totally new Jaesa, not dark or light just a grey one. Guess only time will tell ~
Jessy Wolf Since the player storyline of the warrior is dark side in canon I'd find it safe to asume she is dark side, at least if Bioware decides to have some balls. I hate undecisive games, like The Elder Scrolls, were every player character is hardly mentioned in the histories because they might offend some player by not making the hero their race choicr etc. If you say the dark side story for the warrior is canon just give us dark Jaesa.

If you ask me, dump Ashara and go for Major Anri. She's bad ass, a formal slave like yourself, and will not be arrogant enough to call you an equal. She knows her place.

Ashara's one of the best companions in this whole game. She's one of the reasons why playing as a Light-Sided Sith Inquisitor is more than worth the time & effort spent.
White Raven Honestly I never really liked her even as a light or a dark Sith inquisitor she was just somehow annoying. But well everyone and theirs ^_^
Jaesa is the best. Since you can shape/influence her. And that is the soul of a story based game, the decisions change the people and the world around you. Risha (smuggler comp) is also good and Khem is great. Well its obvious when you look back but most of the early level comps are better than the later ones, since there was more time to develop them.
owerseer Dark Jaesa was way way too crazy for me. I prefer Vette way more XD light side was nice and interesting. And hm interesting and also true ~
Vette, another good example of a low level comp that had time to be developed properly. She was good to.
