Character animations in this game are limited, but I kinda wish you could have just grabbed Baras from behind and snapped his neck

People can say what they like about the Inquisitors story compared to the Warriors story...but there is no doubt that this scene is WAY better and more hype than the Inquisitors.

But he is on the level of Dark council power since Marr said that the Dark Council is only answerable to the Emperor, and the Warrior only answers to the Emperor, despite not being on the council itself.

True, but being the Emperor's Wrath doesn't mean he has governing power. Not unless the Emperor directly says it.
The Dark Council is the entity that truly runs the Empire's inner mechanisms.
Still, as far as power/position goes for an individual, Emperor's Wrath truly is the title of only one person, whereas the Dark Council has a dozen members. Granted, it is an entire Empire they're running, but, you get the idea.

Chest piece is Jedi Knight Revan Robes, with black dye. Barass' level is due to level lock on planets, not something I did

Question can you change the color of the mask? Like you can change the eyes color from red to any other colors?
Not the eye colours but you can colour the mask with dye modules
