What's worrying me is the taxes. Please let me know, is it actually tax free? I'm seeing mixed information on Malaysia's ITA rules. For one year + additional year (after renewed) is it totally tax free?

You've mentioned in this video about an upcoming house tour but then you've posted exclusively Japan content. What caused the change of heart and the complete cut off immediately after you've got the visa? Thanks

      Perhaps it is the cost of medical care and waiting time in usa. Medical tourism is one of the best in the world here. Also only 3 countries in asia score well for English as 2nd language. They are Singapore, Philippines and Malaysia. While Singapore is an expensive city state, Malaysia is more developed than Philippines. But one thing I hope our gov can expedite...5G coverage.

    • @KenshoQuest
      @KenshoQuest  Рік тому

      Thanks for chiming in!
      Sorry for the late reply, we answered a similar question so we thought we answered this one!
      Here are a couple of videos we made that are very relevant, especially for families wanting to live in Asia:
      ua-cam.com/video/ZB80lSW8ALM/v-deo.html
      Here is another one about why we love Malaysia: ua-cam.com/video/uH3bsbXE4CM/v-deo.html
      Let us know if you have more questions!

    • @gerrelldrawhorn8975
      @gerrelldrawhorn8975 7 місяців тому

      Yes, in most other Asian countries one would have to deal with language issues. This is not significant in Malaysia (Malaya+Sarawak+Sabah), Singapore, and the Philippines. Learning the local lingo is,of course a big benefit, but sometimes the locals have so many languages that English is the Lingua Franca by default.
      Malaysia is quite modern and the government pushes digitalisation, even more so than the US where it was mainly a privatised initiative. The same with medical care...it's a hybrid of socialised government hospitals mainly used by poor or middle class citiz NS (technically foreigners are supposed to pay a small co-pay) and private hospitals and clinics. There a plenty of those with short wait times and fairly high level doctors and technicians trained abroad. Even the private clinics are between 80-50% cheaper than in the US. But Medicare doesn't work abroad...only on the US and it's territories. Some, like myself have dropped paying the monthly Plan B premium of 150/month, copays and dealing with deductibles and just do the over the counter in the foreign country. Even with Medicare you'll pay maybe UD$10K for hip surgery in the US (not counting premiums). In Malaysia about $6000. The Medicate program covers maybe $50,000. The government and the Medicate program ( and senior patient )would be better off subsidizing a trip abroad for treatment and covering the he cost of a foreign treatment. One way to solve the Medicare deficit!!!
