  • Safe for postpartum women after they have been cleared by their doctors or midwives to exercise, this gentle flow will help you stretch and strengthen your muscles. The exercises we do are gentle, for beginners, and can be modified. Examples of exercises we do are: cat/cow, abdominal core exercises like heel slides and leg lifts, hip and butt stretching and strengthening with booty kicks and clams.
    I briefly cover postpartum core rehab, but please go back to my Phase 1 and Phase 2 videos to learn the breathing and pelvic floor and core exercises to do immediately postpartum.
