  • Join me for a 30 minute pilates morning wake up and stretch workout. A great way to start your day with functional strength, flexibility and mobility work. You can use this as a warm up or cool down session to add to a cardio workout or simply do it on its own. Simple , effective , low impact and powerful movements to wake up the body and prepare it for whatever your day has in store. Do it anytime, it feels great.

    This was a a challenge for my 80 year-old body. I had to modify a few things. Wish I had had your classes for the last thirty years! I’ve been doing your workouts daily for 3.5 years now and it’s wonderful to be pain-free.

    Powerfull stretch loved the elephant thing but hard for the hips. But loved it even the roll down I am a bit scared to feel pain by letting go down the body.

      Just take you time and feel your way into it, if you can remember to pull inwards on your core that will support you in the more challneging exercises. If at any point it doesn't feel right for you then please do take a break. Well done for doing this Martine as it was a hard workout🤗

    Powerful and challenging 😰🥵not a personal favorite, because of the fiddly standing lunge bits, and side lift stuff - always feels risky with balance, ataxia issues. I have to hold a chair or keep my hip firmly placed against one, doesn’t feel as effective, plus makes me nervous of falling, spraining something desperately trying to stay upright!🫨🫨🫨but the stretchy bits are marvelous!❤

    Wow, some serious balance challenges 🥵🥵there (with my deficits, anyway🥴) Had to adapt by lowering knees, or grabbing a wall or chair at times, but I did it! Great stretches, too, and some strength moves (cheeky you, sneaking those press ups in!😂) good stuff for a Friday, great way to start the weekend!👍🏻💪🏻🦵🏻🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🧡💛💚💙

      Hi Susan, the times of my Live classes are UK TIme GMT:
      Monday 4:30pm
      Friday 10am
      I'm not sure what time zone you are in but if you press trhe 'Notify Me' button you'll get a notiifcation when I'm about to go live on UA-cam. Hope that helps, Rachel x

    for my 72 year old self, too many down dogs and planks, my thumbs can't do that so I modify. Not my favorite of your classes or my situation. 10 years ago I would have loved it,
