    Thanks for posting! Been struggling with hip pain and sciatica, just started my third trimester, doctor said to do yoga so I can be prepared for birth. I've been looking for a short video and a voiceover that doesn't annoy me ;) and something where I won't feel discouraged trying. It wasn't easy, but felt good. This is perfect!

    Thank you very much those exercises super easy yet really effective i am on my 3rd day and i can see big great changes on my body i am on my 17 weeks and i will do them throughout my pregnancy hoping that i can keep my body in shape during pregnancy.. and have good fit body ready to lose weight after delivery

      Visualize and practicing lifting up through your pelvic floor, like a zipper or an elevator.

    Omg 32 weeks and I got tired half way through. I didn’t realize how much my stamina has changed, I use to be an athlete :(

      Asia Davis Be kind to yourself. Pregnancy completely changes you. You are growing life, remember that! You’ll get back to your athletic ways after the baby is born. Just focus on what your body tells you right now.

    Thank you so much for sharing these amazing exercises. It's so soothing to watch you do it. I am in my 7th week of pregnancy. I had started working out at the gym, strength excercises from six months before getting pregnant. My doctor has asked me to stay active and walk 20 mins every day and 10 mins after every meal. I have no morning sickness or nausea as for now. Can I start doing these exercises from now? I will always remember you said, it's not a competition, and I want to enjoy working out again. Is it too early for me? Is it safe in first trimester? Kindly guide me.

      Gauri Panicker Thank you for writing! If your doctor is telling you to exercise and that it’s safe for you, then you can do the video. As long as your body feels good, follow that! Some days may be better or worse, listen to your body. Rest when you need to. When you feel good, move.
