    This video is easy, relaxing and enjoyable Yoga for beginners over 50 who are inflexible. As with all my videos on youtube I cater for over 50s, beginners, over 70s, yoga for seniors, and anyone who prefers gentle yoga for relaxation and stretching tight areas. It is calming yoga which will help manage stress levels and re-set the nervous system.
    Follow along with me in the video and I promise you will thank yourself for putting in the effort.
    Don't take your health for granted when you're over 40 - put the effort in and make the last decades of your life your happiest years.

    Hi Jackie from Sunny Melbourne, ❤I turned 70 several days ago, and still flexible with a little modification in my Yoga, and I will never give up….infact my downward dog is better than it was 30 years ago when I first stood on my very first yoga mat! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🧘. Blessings to you….x

    I've done the knee one then this one today. I'm so grateful I found you as the teacher has to be the right fit too. I like the references to gratitude as it's so easy in our material world to get caught up in the not having enough mindset. Many thanks

    Thank you for your video. I can modify many of the asanas here. However I am still looking for a substitute for the downward dog, and how about a substitution for the quad stretch as I can't grab my leg on my side let alone on my stomach. Any ideas?
