If your lighted nocks are a little tight on your string I recommend taking a piece of sand paper and evenly shaving a small amount at a time till they fit.
I've also done that, but it's hard to do it evenly. If you are going to run them, I would just let your bow shop serve your string to them so you have a great fit.
Great video. If the nock does put some wear on your serving.... just do not shoot them all the time. Make sure of course they impact/tune with broadheads. After that, just shoot regular nock.
Thank you, and thanks for watching. The only problem with switching back to a regular nock is that your point of impact will be different because they are much lighter.
Waiting on mine from Amazon. My dad it also running them this year, so far so good. I’ve had nockturnals in the past n was always annoyed with them. Also had double take’s previous version called glory nock. They were good too.
Question in regards to nock fit on the halo. I just bought a custom string and had them fitted for Halo nocks .166 but as you said they are snug. They don't spin freely on the string or freely slide up and down the serving as I like, but my string maker said they would be to loose if he went smaller. Does that sound normal to you for the Halo's ? They don't feel like they clip on to tight, but like I said just don't have the play in the throat I'm going for?
JUST SERV YOUR STRING TO FIT YOUR PREFERRED NOCK. And nock pinch comes from vertical pinch on top and bottom of the nock not from nock throat size. Good lord
Exactly, so when you go to full draw being that this is a bigger nock you may see the vertical pinch and it will likely require you to adjust your d-loop.

Or re-serve the center serving with smaller diameter material.
@brysonhollar thats always an option for sure.

They are working out great. I do need to make a small adjustment to my D-loop but that's it.
@@MichiganAmBushOutdoors yes I had to redo my d loop as well.
Good luck this season!
@@MichiganAmBushOutdoors thanks man, good luck to you too. How was your Kentucky hunt?

Will these only automatically shut off when im sighting in the nocks in my driveway, or will they work at the range too????
When shooting in your driveway, the light will shut off when you nock/re-nock the arrow.
Only in the driveway, ok, thank you. 😆
I should have said they will shut off as soon as you nock the arrow. It doesn't matter where you are 🤣.
Awesome video 😊
Thank you!
Nice buck
Thanks!
Small round file opens it up a bit
I'd recommend reserving the string.
NOCTURNAL has a switch now
I noticed that. Finally!!
