- This lady thought I was joking when I told her I would clean up her HUGE driveway for free. Well, little did she know that I would completely transform the entire thing! I also cleaned off her back patio and the flower bed wall to give it a finished look.

Did you use anything to get the stains out of the concrete driveway area after the initial wash down???
I don't ever see neighbors, neighbors kids, etc checking this out. If I was home and saw my neighbor's driveway getting power washed, I'd have a tea in one hand and a lawn chair in the other making my way over to watch. Not interfere, just watch. I love your channel. You're a good human.

Right... as kids in the 70s we'd watch huge lawn projects, new construction. The best was the city planting trees on the parking strips. Today those trees are so beautiful.
Hi Spencer, my wife and I are full time, live in caregivers to her 92 year old father, whom has advanced dementia. I cannot tell you how much he enjoys watching your videos. I try to give him a couple a day with a mix of both your pressure washing as well as your landscaping. And I must say how much I enjoy them as well. You have a truly great heart my friend. @kathy15610 It appears the cars stayed in the carport, a shame but if they didn’t offer to move them I can certainly understand why he wouldn’t have asked that they be moved either. But since this area wasn’t exposed to the elements it may not have been as bad. This turned out to be a monumental job with all the sidewalks and steps around the house plus the driveway and apparently the back area too which wasn’t shown perhaps because it was the homeowners request.

Also, it’s really nice of you to do all of this work for free. Yes, you get the footage and then the views on UA-cam, but that doesn’t take away from the kindness you’re doing for these people. The world needs more people like you.

People are genuinely skeptical because of all the people who try and run scams. Don't get upset at the homeowners for being cautious. I'm sure if they saw his videos first and knew it was real there would be a much better reaction at the initial greeting.

What I love about your videos is that you don't drown them out with background music like some other channels do. I find the sound of the pressure washer spraying against everything you are washing is such a soothing and relaxing sound for me for some reason. I really appreciate the raw sounds of the pressure washer cleaning everything. There are a lot of pressure washing youtube channels that I watch sometimes but yours are the best by far.

I think Spencer is to busy happy with his life to waste it on the people who made negative comments, more than likely haven't worked a hard days work in their lives, just negative people, see no good in nothing, anyone, jealous, bullies, have far to much time on their hands, need to get of their ass do something for their self, or someone else. What Spencer does is hard work, it takes time to do his videos. He is doing a fantastic job, give credit where credit is due.

I think because when we see their reactions, it's not their FIRST reactions. For example, if they were looking at the work while he was doing it, by the time we see them react, the initial joyous moment has passed. Plus, I wonder how they feel about the noise. He does amazing work, regardless.
People surprise me as well the way they react. I wouldn't even begin to class it as showing appreciation, it seems that people haven't any feeling, or they have give up on feeling emotions. I would be grateful for any act of kindness, show my appreciation, thanks, never seems to be that way. I cannot get over the fact they don't even offer water if nothing else, weird, all I can say, blows your mind. That certainly wasn't a small job, if you were to pay it would be a few hundred dollars. I notice the same reactions the men get who do their lawns, landscaping, I'll never understand it, it seems these are the people who always get the breaks.
I chalk it up to embarrassment and wariness. They're embarrassed for taking free handouts or they still think he wants something.
There's something so satisfying about the sloped driveways...just good to see all the dirt and algae wash down as you're pressure washing. Great transformation, Spencer. Keep up the good work.

There is nothing well kept about this property. The lawn (if you can call it that) looks horrible and unless someone is going to clean things for free she is not interested in getting off her behind and doing it herself.

@@chrispnw2547The fact that this is a pressure washing vid means that it was not peak lawn season. The lawn looks like most lawns do in early spring or late fall. Yeah, it’s brown, but it’s not four feet tall or anything like the lawns we see on his mowing channel.
As the homeowner asked you to do her back patio as well as the huge makeover of her driveway the least that she can do is purchase your merchandise to support your channel.

I wish you would have hit the brick above the flower bed you cleaned and the small block wall in the back, would have made it perfect. She got a really great job for free. You showed her. Great job! I especially liked the removal of the moss and dirt from the flower bed retaining wall! This must have been late winter/early spring because nothing growing on the bushes or in the flower pots.
Or, like my area the spring rains have never stopped.
TBH, if the flower bed wasn't part of the initial agreement, I hope he went and asked about it first.
I have a low rock wall next to my house covered in gorgeous moss that's been growing for half a century and it might not occur to me to tell a guy who was doing my driveway not to touch it. I'd be pretty angry if it was "cleaned".
Just, it's important to remember that not everyone has the same preferences or vision.

We know that, but the intention is coming from his heart. He's able to do the free stuff bc he gets paid by doing the videos. Spencer, not only are you providing a much needed service for such a common problem, and preventing who knows how many slips and falls as well as improving the look of all these properties, but by doing the work for free you restore people's trust in humanity. Everyone you approach is on their guard, waiting for the watch or suspecting it's some sort of scam but, nope, you just love cleaning up every neighbourhood and brightening people's days. Great work, keep it up 🙌🏻 If I was you, when approaching all the homeowners you meet, I'd start by assuring them that you're not trying to sell them anything, that there is no catch, you'd just love to get their permission to cut their lawns, tidy their sidewalks or clean their paths and driveways completely free, and that your payment comes from filming your work, sharing it on UA-cam, and helping them out.
I am so impressed with how you help elders and military veterans struggling to keep up their property. Plus your work effort against very over grown driveways and sidewalks continue to impress me!! Shoveling out the dirt from concrete surfaces and establishing distinct lines from sidewalks and driveways really improves the impressions of the property from the street. When you pressure wash the dirty concrete surfaces you return the property to a appearance of active property under active and regular cleaning! Thank you! I hope the government agencies who see what you are doing in their community give some type of recognition for superior efforts to clear dirt and overgrowth from impacting appearance and drainage in their communities.

Huge difference! Great job Spencer. It would be cool to see a Part 2 on this one and clean up the bricks on the house and the siding along with the retaining wall in the back. I'm not sure if you do that kind of thing but it would make the entire place look brand new. It already looks 10000% better with what you did so that is fantastic! Thank you for all you do.
I was thinking this as well! It looks amazing but they never moved their cars so the carport will still need a pressure washing, the front of the house bricks and the back steps. The amount of things done for free were amazing but it may leave the homeowner upset (free or not) if they have to hire someone to come do the other portions and that would leave an unfair mark against Spencer for just doing a good deed.

I hope you are intelligent enough to realize that it didn't get in that condition in a day can't be expected to be done up perfectly in a day. 😄 The sidewalk leading up to the home was cleaned off very nicely. I didn't know moss could be knocked out with the pressure washer so quickly ! You literally turn all these properties from black to white ... literally ! 😳

Sean, from Blade Mate Lawn Care in Australia, uses a leaf blower to instantly get rid of all that excess water that's there due to improper drainage. It works like a charm! Amazing clean up, Spencer!

That so changed the whole look of the place. The drive turned out so much better than I thought it would. Great job Spencer, it is hard to get some of those old driveways looking so good. The walkway will be a lot safer now too when it rains. Aannd you did the back walkway as well!! It came out pretty darn good with drainage problems and all. I suspect taking on exterior walls involve accepting a lot of responsibility for potential problems; leaky windows, flaking paint, weakness in mortar, etc. Under a paid contract, these things can be taken into account and insured.
I thought the same thing. It's possible she asked for it to not be cleaned, I guess.
100% true you don't want to use that high of a pressure unit on that kind of brick because you will lose mortar and that is something the house owners can do with just a simple spray that you buy and hose It Off
You only need a 30 seconds outdoor cleaner for that 😆
