I wholeheartedly Agree with You. It does Make a huge Difference and it improves everyone's life. Plus, I went to an underdeveloped country last year and I couldn't Help but Notice that their properties looked Run Down; but I came to the Conclusion that they rather live in filth; trash all over than Pick it Up and put it in the Garbage Truck on the few days it gets to their Neighborhood, plus they rather be Sitting ALL Day Chatting and listening to Loud Music rather than helping their neighbors; and they don't mind living in those Conditions; couldn't help notice the difference, but a lot of times is Not just about One Country being more Wealthy than the other; it's more of a mentality; People Not Doing Anything to IMPROVE the CONDITION in which they LIVE; they Were Supposedly "Poor" but everyone there Carried an Expensive iPhone; that most people in the USA don't have Simply because we rather Pay Our Bills and Solve our problems than to Show off our iPhone to other people; We basically live within our means; Plus there are tons of Community Programs in the USA to help people in Need; like Community Food Banks and Clothing Donations. It's Not what your country Can Do for You; it's what You can do for your country. Basically.

Obviously you need to research which laws apply to your location but as I already said, MANY places have laws that allow this.
In fact, there's even a new program called "Mow to Own" in Akron, Ohio that even incentivizes neighbors to take care of the property to own it for cheap.

I have one attached to the spare tire under the bed of my work truck! One skinny zip tie holds it on well and it's no more than a utility blade or a strong pull to get it out. Airbags, assembly for the stiff rod he used to unlock the door, and hard plastic wedges to protect the paint as best they could.
Just so you know, my only advice is to have a cloth to wrap the metal rod if it does not have a rubber or other protective coating.
I've heard unlocks cost from $50 to $150. You sir paid the most I have ever heard of for an unlock. You can have one sent to your home through Temu.
NEVER EVER STORE IT INSIDE YOUR CAR!

Stuck a keyring on it in place of the chain and keep my spare house and car keys tucked inside. It is not bulky or uncomfortable in anyway, and you can even use the keyring to pull the wallet out of your pocket.
