If you immediately seek something to criticize and be angry about rather than seeing kindness, maybe you have issue which you need to work on within yourself. Your comments tells us more about you, and that you are very selfish and rude, so quick to jump to bash others that you don't even take time to comprehend the actual facts. Better yourself!

As someone who was widowed at 41 yrs old, with 5 children, I can't tell you how much the help friends and my father did with our home and yard helped. In my case my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer just 4 weeks after my husband's sudden death. I was a zombie with grief and shock and never felt so overwhelmed in my life. Widows are often forgotten, so I can't stress how good it makes me feel to see widows getting help.

On the one hand I agree with you that there’s a lack of community in general. On the other hand, the state of the house makes me believe there was some mental issues. Although her husband passed away 9 months ago, the house looks like it’s been falling apart for many years. I can’t help but think the couple may be depressed. Husband was a hoarder too. Even if neighbor was helpful and checked in, ultimately it wouldn’t have made much of an impact. What she needs is professional help. House looks so neglected it may not be safe to live there.

I use pig skin gloves when pulling vines, especially those that have the nasty thorns. I buy them from Harbor Freight for around $4 a pair. Also, I like using an Oregon 2-blade mulching blade on my brush cutting attachment. It really reduces a lot of the overgrowth, like you had on this job, to a pile of mulch. You and your sons did an awesome job for that lady.

If there is this free service, are there other free services like painting, cleaning, meals, repairs, plumbing? If there are other free services it would be a good idea to create a business card with contact numbers and service offered. There are many widows/elderly/people out there who are just hanging on, they could use a helping hand. Create a helping hand volunteer program, people need a helping hand these days and they're praying for people like you to show up. Try starting at a fire dept., get schools to participate, it's the neighbourly good thing to do.

Kids now days can't seem to function without a phone in their hands at all times. A huge transformation, so many vines. On houses they creep into the foundation causing cracks, looks quaint but isn’t. Your sons are growing so fast, they really put in for you, keeps them on the straight and narrow, many thanks for helping this widow, blessings to you from Geelong, Victoria, Australia 🇦🇺

Hello from the United States. I see you are from Geelong and just wanted to say I have friends that also happen to live there. They both work as paramedics. Good day.

Just WOW...That's an impressive transformation. Blessings for you and the boys. Amazed at how much wood you removed. Thanks for sharing your kind deeds with us. 😊❤

I have seen plenty of your videos. The transformations are astounding. The care and consideration you and your boys provide for these strangers is not seen very much these days. The prority of a lawn and garden is not much when traveling through some of life’s toughest times. The work is daunting to say the very least. Bless you Justin for teaching your boys to work and be engaged in a good cause. These lessons will go a long way in teaching them honest compassion for others. You are loved!❤❤❤
