I've been doing basic home workouts with dumbbells for the past year but I lack commitment to my schedule and only do workouts whenever I randomly get motivated which is becoming less and less often. I'm seeing results which keeps me going but I don't enjoy lifting weights and always prefer doing bodyweight exercises, so this is literally perfect for me and fr looks fun!! If you’re constantly doubting yourself, take a moment to be still. Breath. And ask yourself if it’s coming from a place of fear, insecurity, etc. Where’s it stemming from? Then ask yourself if it’s reasonable. As in, is the risk worth it at the present moment? What’s the worse that can happen to you if you do it? What’s the worse that can happen if you don’t? Weigh it yourself and decide if that’s how u want to experience life. Hopefully this makes sense lol
