Literally brings tears to my eyes Our bodies are beautiful for allowing us to achieve so many things if we train and put our mind and spirit to the test
This isn't bodybuilding. This is calisthenics. Very different. You get much different muscle composition from different workouts. You'd be dumb to look at some kid swinging on a pole a couple times a day till he gets strong enough to hold his bodyweight, then claim the big bodybuilder is fake even though he trained hours every day and watches his food intake like frodo watches his ring. I just hate how people these days think that any guy with big muscles never earned it naturally. It happens all the time.
This is what 12-18 months of natural working out looks like… Nowadays anyone that has better than what they consider obtainable by their ignorant standards people claim steroids. Not that it isn’t a lot of them but everyone thinks they can spot someone on gear lol
No it’s not. He used something to aid him for sure. Look how much body fat he has still. If he did it all naturally his body fat would be much lower and he’d look much leaner. I’d know. I use to be a twig like this kid. My body fat is %4.4 his probably like 20 maybe even 30 lol

Lol no he didn’t look good in the beginning at all.
@@dennisdefrank3458 you’re right let me paraphrase. “Just because people think he looked good”. Because some people actually commented that he was good from the beginning. But that is an opinion just as much as your comment is an opinion too
I’m not saying he can’t be insecure I’m jealous because I’m sure he didn’t exactly have to watch what he ate, it took me a year and a half of hard training and dieting to lose over 100 pounds after I stopped playing football. And all I got from that was an eating disorder.
People with fast metabolism like me also feel insecure. in my case, I feel like I'm easy to be pushed around, I feel like people see me as a weak person, was often called "twig" as a kid but never bullied yet still feel insecure 🤣
@@Gabriel_R_Lujan you have no idea this man’s diet nor the reasoning why he is so skinny for you to assume that he doesn’t have to watch what he eats. Everyone SHOULD watch what they eat anyways. It isn’t about being skinny it’s about being healthy. As long as your body is healthy you can be any size.
Never skip your leg day
This guy already had great genetics, he just honed them and leveled himself up
ahhh stop talking about genetics with that victim mindset. he put in the work, and no, he has pectus excavatum which is NOT good genetics

Went to high school with a kid who became pretty popular on IG posting his calisthenics journey. I never knew where he started at but to have known him in high school and then a couple years down the road, seeing what he’d accomplished, it was amazing. I have no upper body strength whatsoever and I appreciate people sharing how hard it was to begin.
you should begin your transformation then =)
@@renatoimperatori5289 fax... The start is the hardest but when you start, its a bit easier.. You keep going until you start seeing changes. Not in muscles cuz that takes time, but in your power. You did pull ups for 2 weeks? I bet you'll see some different in reps. Like 3 or 4 more reps yk? Pushups for 2 weeks? You'll get 10 more reps in. Just start
@Original O.G. Troll oh yeah, and it’s very easy to lose the muscle if you’re not consistently working it. He was already a skinny looking kid but we’re all built different and have different fitness journeys 🤷🏻♀️
@Original O.G. Troll that’s awesome to hear about the healthy habits you did develop. I’ve never been consistent in working out, I’m not motivated enough by myself, but it’s cool to hear from someone on the opposite end.
Everything is hard but heart and passion will get you there in timr keep going every day and one day you will be the man you see in your mind reflected nack in the mirror.
🔥❤i will start within one month
The power of the mind to achieve is great. The video’s winning move is honestly showing the struggle of training the body to follow a strong mind. Well well done!!

this is what REAL natural bodybuilding looks like, not that shit on instagram. fuck yeah man proud of you
Exactly 💯 ❤️ real life
This isn't bodybuilding.
My body fat is %4.4 his probably like 20 maybe even 30 lol
yeah!!!!
Ok lets just admit his skinny body frame was already meant to be a ideal type of beefy man
it's because he doesn't needed much to lose excess body fat
Correction, it's his body frame, I have a body frame like this but I also have an extremely fast metabolism. Which means I cant really gain, I'm 56kg and I'm 23. FUCKING HELP ME PLEAZE!!
I'm a skinny guy , with high metabolism . I agree with Paul . Being skinny is harder to get buff

All the real guys are impressed. This kind of transformation requires some serious dedication. I'm a stick man myself, but this makes me feel like I could get more fit/muscular with proper effort. Well done bro 🎊🙌🏽💯
you can. I waited till I was 34 to start. I'm 36 now and gained 25 lbs of muscle. went from 140 at 6'' 2' to 165. It fixed my knees, its saving my back from the heavy stuff I lift at work. Best of all, I only work out twice a week, a hr at a time.
Do it. With proper effort, not only is it possible, it's Guaranteed. You can't do smart workouts consistently without seeing results. You just can't.
@@urbz6712 Sorry but you have not gained 25lbs of muscle at that age in 2 years working out twice a week. Unless you are on ridiculous amounts of steroids and eat 10 meals a day. You may have put on 25lbs but that is not lean muscle. Physiologically impossible without tons of hgh and deca
