In this video I show you what a complete beginner in calisthenics can easily do after one year of training. I started with no prior knowledge and without the necessary basic strength. I started with 10 bad push ups and 2-3 bad form pull ups. Now I can do about 5-6 muscle ups, 20 pull ups, 50 push ups, single leg front lever, ring muscle up etc.

check out my two years transformation! Link in description 😊
ok i will
Man i've been like 3 months into calisthenics but still can't hold the tuck planche and honestly i'm not seeing any big progress. Do you think I can reach your level in a year? Thanks in advance.
yes you absolutely can, stick to the basics!
@@twicey555 How's it going?
This shit is so inspiring man.
I've been doing calisthenics for two years and have the basics locked down. But I've never really attempted any advanced stuff like planches. Feeling really inspired.
6 months later…did you try an planches? I’m starting my journey now.
@@SuzukiKid400damn i started 2 days ago, my whole body hurts way more than expected lmao
@@ShinyEditz how u doing
@@ShinyEditzI started 7 days ago but it I also was already a year in the gym so most skills are partially doable for me😂
Great!! I couldn’t even do one real push-up when I started but after 6 weeks of push-ups leaning against the kitchen counter, then girlie push-ups, I finally did ten back to back real push-ups yesterday. Feels good man.
Ohh, me too, well I'm still doing girlie push ups but I can do way more than I used to... I hope that soon I can finally do just one normal push up!
both of yall keep going. nothing feels better when what youre amazed by is what you are suddenly becoming.
@@TOOUNFUNNY thank you so much bro
Very nice, I hope you progress well.
Keep in mind that push-ups can be very, very difficult to do for women because of built differences ith men.
I remember being struggling at 5 push ups.. Now i perform diamond push ups as a progression soon gonna shift
Concistency = progress.
Well done. Impressive and inspiring 💪🏻
Mastering the basics is really important. Starting out as a lean and fit climber I could start my calisthenics journey with muscle ups and weighted pullups granted. Watching some Transformation videos on youtube can be really unmotivating, because you project the progress they make on your own journey. Most people start out already with years of prior basics strengh. Props to you for actually showing what it means to start from Nothing and setting realistic expectations.
Being able to do pullups even with bad form on day 0 is not “start from nothing”. Most grown up men cannot do a single pullup.
For me it was the beginning form with no prior pull up training
@@mnzrk Exactly. That's where I started 15 months ago. I couldn't do a single pull-up. I haven't tested myself, but I can do definitely over 10.
Thank you. I thought I was the only one that notice this is not from zero
@@mnzrkI started with 2-3
6:08 smile unlocked! Great work, man!
Really liked this. Too many UA-cam transformations show incredible progress. This feels much more realistic for most people. It also makes one remember just how hard some of these skills are.
Great job!! I'm year one but had shoulder issues I needed to repair first. I'm 46 and just began my advanced stage into calisthenics. Love this
I can't imagine how difficult this must've been. But this inspires me. Thank you for sharing.
in a few days it'll be officially my 6th month of doing calisthenics. I watched the whole video and I am so motivated and inspired to keep on grinding! Thank you so much!
How is it going? ^^
@@NarutoUzomaki65 in terms of skills progression I am finally able to hold straddle front lever for a few seconds, I'm also close to being able to hold 10 seconds in a handstand hold!
I've also started learning boxing though it's a little bit difficult for me as I lack body coordination.
Can you do muscle ups??
Boxing is great if you lack body coordination, it greatly improves it if you focus on technique and footwork over time!@@areshy3784
@@mohdnazrien2288 I've been able to do muscle ups since my 5th month, it's my 11th month now nearing to a year of calisthenics!
I am able to do no kip muscle ups 3x3 as of now, I'm still lacking the push strength to do a clean one.
I'm also nearing completion with learning the handstand hold, hopefully I'd get it before anniversary.
And lastly, I am able to hold straddle front lever for 3 seconds now! Needs a lot more work though. I'll shift my focus to it after unlocking handstand holds.
That's my update for now, thank you for bringing this up again :)
Very nice to see a true beginner. I now realize how much your sportive past makes you a different beginner
Don't forget the legs brother and keep enjoying!
dude i've to say this progress is crazy,in only one year, its a lot, comgratulations, absolutelly insane
Guten Morgen Pyro Moe
Bleib gesund
Loving that 20 second L sit at the end, form is clean af! I hope to do a muscle up as clean as yours soon.
Your progress is amazing mate well done
Ist cool to see the real effort put into it, im just starting out and it helps to see the real progression and work behind it, hard to find a good video with such detailed progression
I see a huge difference good job and keep going you are in the right way .
I am waiting for 2 year transformation my friend
Thank you so much! In my recent video I uploaded my 18 months transformation 😁

You’ve made incredible progress. Great video.
I literally just started with basic calisthenics homework out. 4 weeks core training.
To all beginners: Start at the lowest and increase your reps every week
I'm impressed with your hard work and dedication. You already have made great progress buddy. Keep it up and good luck on your journey! 💯❤
Well done, mate. Excellent. Great determination and effort. When watching some of the exercises, in my head I was willing you to complete them!!👍🏻👍🏻👌
This is siiickk!! I can't wait to see my progress pay off like this :D

Yeah!!! Very good. Congratulations!!👏👏👏You truly inspired me. Very lucky to have the attic to use as "playground" when cold and rainy. 😉 Thanks for this video
BRAVO! Keep goin - great inspiration!
So cool, man. I could barely walk up the stairs 3 weeks ago, but with all the dedication I can now do 10 dragon pistols and 12 stand up push ups.
You are so inspiring.
You’re doing amazing. Keep up the great work
wow. just wow dude. nice video, thanks for sharing and for inspiring.
Sehr sympathisch. Ohne 100 verschiedene schicke sportoutfits und dem präsentieren von Muskeln. Viel erfolg weiterhin
Much Respect keep pushing
Keep it up bro! You were consistent and you made it. You got a long path ahead!
Congratulations! All that hard work paid off!
congrats on your hard work! Well deserved!
Great effort, great inspiration!
You are training so good. Your mindser bro. Really good. The difference of trying that ego bad form front lever to in just 3 months understanding your body and strenghthen enough to do a 'halflay-oneleg' its impressive. Great job thanks for sharing
Gotta love that Chris Heria soundtrack in the background. Good stuff brother 🤘🏻
Great work man. I'm inspired to get back into calisthenics again!
You look taller and stronger by the end! All that does wonders for your posture I bet!
Respect! Many blessings!!!
Inspiring video! Love the hard work you've put in.
Great job man, keep pushing it!
Very good, well done. It's mental determination as much as physical strength.
Great progress man!
Keep it going man! Nice Progress
Nice work man!! Way to stick at this!
Congratulations!
Great progress! 👍
Thanks for showing the reality. I always thought there was something wrong with me
hey bro, you are f'in awesome man, keep doing this!
yo your 0 is already so impressive, altho I have been sick for 5 years unable to leave the bed most of the day. I can't do a single pushup or pullup now. L sit is impossible can't even lift my legs. tuck planche likewise. could only hang for about 5 seconds on a bar. it's about 25 seconds now and can do 5/6 normal pushups now so slowly progressing but it's hard to stay motivated. I feel so weak to who I was before.
Before I got sick I did 50 pushup 100 situps and 5 soccor laps before practice. it's hard to look back and see what I've lost. trying not to look back too far and see the progress day to day but it's still hard.
great to see the progress you've made, motivates me to keep going, I'll get there at some point.
oh also I'm 190cm and about 90kg. so slightly overweight but not too horrible ( could be worse after 5 years in bed ). trying to lose a couple kg in the progress.
I've made some insane progress myself. Just for info, I was already pretty capable before even doing real calisthenics ( could do 30 push ups in a row, and around 5 pull ups ). A month prior, I decided that I wanted to start calisthenics for real, but didn't know where to start. I decided to master something that I've always admired : One handed push ups. I cannot tell you how goddamn hard these push ups are at first. I could very barely do one single handed push up, while omega cheating with my legs spread. I started by doing negatives ( just doing the down motion of the one handed push up slowly and just going back in position with my two hands.) In about 2 weeks, I noticed that I was able to do 1-3 good one handed push ups ( legs slightly spread.) I realized that strenght training is fairly fast when you can't do a movement at all. I did these every day except the weekends for rest. Fast forward 1 month, I can do 10 one handed push ups each side (legs not spread) Im actually at the point where I can do Inclined one handed push ups, which is fucking insane to me. I never would've thought that in a single month I could get so strong. I'm now aiming at doing muscle ups and the human flag. I'm tempted to record my progress and show my way of doing things. Calisthenics isnt really hard, it just takes alot of dedication! You can do it! (I'm 18 years old, for the record.)
I started from 4 pull ups only max and 4 reps on bars , and one mo i did only uper body with dumbells 14kg and other ex on the flor for back Next 1 mo i did bars+ pull ups + other stuff and after a get 3 pullups with 30kg and 6 reps +30kg on bars for 1 mo. And i know if i started first with this it will be the first 1 mo the same.. but its bad to do max, need to do 3 type of training light/medium/hard.
I started last year although I need to increase my reps but I can do push ups now. I'm even doing them with my feet on a step and my hands on the floor. It used to be the other way around. I'm 57 and I've still got a long way to go and a lot to achieve but I'm getting better and stronger. Still working on other moves like dips and pull ups. This is a great video on realistic one year progress.
just learnt my first few muscle ups
congrats man!
Watching this is so motivating. I startet Calisthenics nearly a month ago. And i already see some results
Impressive man! Btw, right now I'm in my 6 months of doing calisthenics, I can't muscle up yet but seeing your video makes me excited if I reach 1 year, too! I wonder what advanced calisthenics skills I will be able to unlock!
Nice video man.
Mate this is amazing!!!
Huge respect!
fantastic...well done !!
Amazing bro, keep keep it up!
muy real !! increible los cambios con la constancia, como la calistenia en todo se puede aplicar
Great great work 👏🏿
You also got some nice isolation on the roof.
This is an awesome video!! Keep it up!
good work dude this is insane
Awesome! Keep it going 💪💪
Gotta respect the determination.
Awesome , on the same path at 56. Having fun. Did 135 full push ups yesterday ove a period of an hour at most. Really working towards muscle ups. Doing 60 pull ups over an hour period. Thanks
Nice work keep it up!
Very proud of you.
Great work!!! now it is time for some leg workouts
I am doing legs all the time buddy 🤣
Nice man, this is inspiring
Insane work!!
Great job, man! Lots of hard work!
🔥💯👍 thanks for the inspiration!!
Nice work bro! Keep it up 🔥💯✌️
Your video motivated me to bulk, i have a similar genetical predisposition as you concerning forearms and triceps and biceps, i don't know about the rest of other muscle groups.
I bulked from 45kg to 70kg and decided to mantain myself there because of boxing resons, you know all the weight classes stuff, but know i kind of feel that i would even have greater levels of strenghth if i just bulked up my way up to 75kg, i would unlock muscle ups and front levers, thanks for the video, good vibes from the music, have a happy new year.
