I'm really tempted to get some wireless IEMs from Sennheiser. If they're as easy as this is to set up then I'm impressed. In fairness I use one of their wireless headset mics at work and it's been real easy whenever it's needed troubleshooting, but more importantly, most of the time, it doesn't need troubleshooting. Also dope hat in the gig vids, good job!
Thanks so much! I'm definitely thinking about their wireless IEM system now. I've had trouble getting the receiver and transmitter to sync on my current system for my last few gigs, and it's embarrassing lol
Anyway, the arena in Point Edward Ontario just got this same system with the body pack since there is no wall plate connection to the sound system in the penalty timer box. I know the staff there well, since I do sound for a Police hockey league, every Wednesday mornings. I already downloaded the free app on my Apple IPhone, the other day. I strongly suggest the arena's staff download as well.
I used this last night for my women's hockey league in Point Edward, Ontario. I've been using this system the atena owns for a few months now. The only thing I hate about the body pack is there's no screen telling u how much battery is left. The arena manager isn't interested I getting the app
Rad system! Use it at home, several local shows, and toured with it. Was very careful to A/B the output gain level to match a cable. Disabled the mute button on the transmitter because I muted it accidentally at a show 😅
Yeah, that's nice. Trust is certainly a big issue, this looks reliable. Using UHF is brilliant you aren't going to get interfered which by all that damn 2.4ghz stuff.
Been using mine for a year now and is flawless
You look healthy today. I just woke up feeling as if hit by a train.

Thanks for sharing your experience out in a live setting, seems like it made even the sound tech's life easier.
Hey, it's one less thing, ya know!
2:44 “A wireless system! How did you know? I love it!”
_”Every riff begins with Sennheiser EW-D”_ 😂
Haha, it's such a nice touch, though, right?

Right on! I honestly might start using it at home, too. It's nicer than running a super-long cable across the room to where my interface lives.
Now we need to find a pedalboard that has a rack mount.
Rack mount gear + wireless foot controller!
🔥🔥
I would go with 1/2 wave receiver antennas, not 1/4 wave. 1/2 wave longer reach

Amen to that
Do I need this for my ~1000 sq foot house? No. Does that mean I won’t buy it? Who can never be sure
This just in, Soundie asks guitarist to turn up....
Dream come true!
