we just bought these but the one thing i wish they would have left was the screen that lets you know the freq and battery life our systems are on behind the sage and have antennas. so it would be nice to still have it.
am I the only one that does not like the fact that these EWD mics gate at the end of a sentence? No good for me if they do. I suppose I'll stick with the G3 and G4 wireless.
i have this system, but my led stays red, link but he have RF but no audio of Battery I see, I have a ME9005 maybe the 9005 not work, than I remove the head and it stays red to, asking if you remove you're capsule , is it red than to ?

I really wish someone would build a UHF wireless guitar system in a pedal footprint similar to the GLXD. I need something I can mount to my pedalboard that doesn’t take up a ton of space. I don’t want to worry about the 2.4ghz collisions. Really baffled that no one has done this yet. I think they would sell like hot cakes.
Is there a wireless version of the e945? I have to say that is probably the best live non condenser mic I've ever used. Blows the sure models outta the water *and those are all solid too
We didn’t have any trouble with feedback. FOH treated the mic and guitar like they would any other mic. Going wireless won’t change the sound of a mic or guitar signal (well, high end wireless units won’t).
For most instrumentalists, I'd say the Shure GLXD-16 is a better choice. It's more portable, has the built-in tuner, and built like a tank. It may have a high price tag, but it's a price tag you'll only pay once.
Those are solid units. I’ve used one of them before. But they are 2.4 gHz devices so you can only have a handful of devices in that spectrum at the same time. With the Sennheiser system, you can have hundreds. So really it comes down to how many devices you want in use at the same time. Sennheiser has a pedal tuner wireless guitar unit as well (in the XSW line). I’ve been using it consistently for the past few years and it’s rock solid. It’s a bit cheaper than the Shure system. But they’re both great.

Any feedback issues or random issues with EQ? Did your FOH guys have to do a lot of tone shaping or did it work great out of the box?

They are now discontinued!!! I was told by my rep on friday so im looking at options with lithium battery
