So much great content to chose from, love your format, the music, warm up and cool down, your calm voice, your form, that you provide modifications for some, the beep tones at start and end of exercise (so you don’t always have to look up, the timer, layout of your videos in categories to make them easier to find, so much to love.
Second time doing this workout and loved it just as much! Used 20-30lbs and added a resistance band for most of the body weight movements. Super sweaty, lower body worked, and feeling accomplished! ❤

I previewed this workout thinking it wouldn’t be too hard with the body weight movements. I was wrong and it was so tough in the best ways possible! Just finished and I am sweating to much I look like I went swimming! I was so glad when you said we had 3 final movements left. Mikala your programming is incredible and I love everything about it. Especially love your workouts with warm up and cool down as I leave the mat feeling so calm and energized. Finally workouts that don’t deplete me but energize me and make me feel strong and ready for more!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Love your workouts! Nomading at the moment so don't have dumbbells but this actually worked super well with a band around legs for most moves. Got a good sweat going! I'd love to see more banded workouts or bodyweight with more intensity for us travelling that can utilise hotel room etc and don't have much equipment for getting best burn! :) Keep up your amazing work!
Loved this one. You are totally converting me from all standing routines to more mixes with mat work. But I definitely found out today that I need to get a new mat after this one as my hips were feeling the tile floor of my kitchen, which is where I do these work outs. ❤😂
I'm preparing for surgical repair of a totally botched total knee replacement so im using no weights and doing lots of modifications but I can't wait until that knee is healed properly so i can add the weights again 💪🏻 jumping is no longer in my future but everything else will be 😁
Keep hope my dear ❤ In october I had an arthroplasty for a torn cruciate ligament and a dislocated menisci. my first operation went badly, I had a shock in my quadriceps and I could neither move nor bend my legs, my second operation took place at the end of December, I finished rehabilitation in March and today I can jump, run and fully bend my knee again. Trust yourself and stay brave ❤

I love this channel. This one was hard!! I had to pause 17 mins in because my legs were shaking! I love it though because it feels so good when you push through and finish AND it’s the kind of workout I know I’m going to get stronger from. I was too tired to get up for the last three exercises so I just freestyled some ab work to the timer 😂
Mik this was CRAZY😂I almost gave up but I pushed through and Im glad I did....I doubt I'll be doing this one anytime soon but great work nonetheless ❤🎉
