- Join me for a 30 minute SCULPT + SWEAT FULL BODY WORKOUT with warm up and cool down included! Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights. For one of the exercises I'll be using a wall nearby, but I'll also provide an option without the wall. Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Today's workout is intense but as always I'll provide modifications throughout. So get ready to sweat! 💞 xox Mik

I love that it was a little different than previous videos. Felt so good and challenging! Your movements are so functional that somehow my body feels nourished by stretch while strength training with dumbbells!!

Successfully completed!! Loved this workout. Sweating but not as tired as I get doing the cardio😅. I liked the warm up and the side stretches. Really surprised myself there because although in lift weights, my arm strength is not there yet to hold myself up long enough.

Amazing. I'm sweating up a storm but I feel energized instead of spent. Your moves are so original and I love the shorter time spent on each move, and the alternating of muscle groups so each stays strong so I can keep my form. Thank you for these workouts.

This was more difficult and I couldn’t do everything. I switched to lighter weights when necessary. Now I have a goal to make this easy!
Loved it, thank you! I tend to get bored quite easily but never with your workouts! Just the right amount of challenge. By lower body is a lot stronger than the upper body so I just switched a lot between the weights. I always find the body weight/Pilates moves especially challenging but hope I can get stronger over time. Thank you 😊
