This channel deserves more attention. I recently found this channel and now I'm doing 2 of the 30 minutes videos after my normal 1 hour gym routine and it's just perfect. It doesn't matter if you're a man, woman or any hybrid in between this workouts are just amazing. I do this videos with dumbbells of 40 and 25 pounds. The thing here is the technique she has, she respect the weight, the exercises and her body. Please follow this channel you won't regret it, as she says on every video you can adapt it on your need but follow her as best as you can, the way she does the exercises is the correct one, trust me, I've been on the bodybuilding for 11 years in a row now and this is the way to workout and have great results. When I see people dropping the weight like if they were lifting the world or doing it faster to do "more reps" they're just hurting themselves on the long run. This channel right here is the magic you're looking for.

I am new to this channel and I’ve become fan of Mik’s workouts, specially the Dumbbell workouts. The moves are (well most of them, if not all) so easy to follow yet so intense (and sweaty). I really enjoy her attitude and smile. It’s suchaaa positive feeling to workout with her in the morning. Love the music and minimal but important speaking/instructions, and yes her constant reminders to breath really help me breath cos I tend to hold my breath during the harder workouts. If I had to pick 2, they would be these, because I love that it worked the core, quads and back muscles! 🔥Bear position, 2 rows, alternating leg tap backs. 🔥Squat, drop weights, walk out to 2 push-ups, walk back, pick up weights, stand up and repeat!! Loved it! I am over 60 and I feel like these are younger persons workouts but I try to keep up and modify when I can. I do have lots of arthritis and back issues, would love to see a 30 minute workout for seniors with these issues! But live your workouts!😊
I just pushed through a plateau I was on for a few month with the help of your workouts. My body has responded to the 'slow and deliberate moves'. I like that you said 'moving through mud' on another workout. It helps me slow down. I was previously doing youtube workouts with an 'energizer bunny' and was stuck on that plateau. So thank you so much Mik!!!!

I am just getting over cancer treatment this year and this was the first full work out I've done in months. I felt pretty knackered when i finished but i completed the workout. Today I'm feeling a little sore in a good way. I love the straightforward compound no repeat moves. I'm resting today but will do another fb wo tomorrow. Thank you 😊
I've been working out quite regularly for the last 5 months. I do a 30-minute workout almost everyday and that helps being consistent with my exercise routine. I am going through some big changes in life right now with starting a new job, packing in a trip and going through daily motions. I just couldn't get my mind to work out today but I did. Granted I was not all that present but I did it! Thank you. 😊
Same here. I began with 10 minutes a day and now i do 30 minutes almost every day , i also built other good habbits like listening to people, living the moment, having more trips ... daily workouts was a great help for them, and specially workouts on this channel.
I am so grateful for your workouts! Thank you for taking the time to do these videos. I have 3 kids and can't often get them all to the gym with me or even want to do that because it's exhausting so working out during rest time is the easiest way for me to get workouts in and your workouts are always tough. I enjoy the variety and that you're not yelling at me the whole time (haha!) some people might like that but I like that you are calm and focus on the movements and strength rather than going through things as quickly as possible. It's Monday for me, the beginning of week 6 of the Winter Workout Challenge...I had to drag myself onto my mat, as much as I didn't want to workout today, I got it done, and I am so glad I did! I really enjoyed this workout! (And many others of yours!) I wouldn't mind a little bit longer warm-up and cooldown though. I feel like the cooldown didn't stretch all the muscles I used.
