This workout is ideal for me since most of my fat is concentrated in my upper body. It helps tone my arms, shoulders, and chest. Any workout that can help firm up the shoulder blades and chest will be good. Thanks Eleni and the people behind the scene.... thanks for the hard work !! 🙏🙏🙏
Hi Eleni. I don't have any weights, but I've found doing it without works well for me. It got quite fast and sweaty towards the end, so hopefully a few calories burned. The balancing hip and arm to squat was difficult, but the shoulder press and knee tuck were easier. I think I'm improving. I made a cup of coffee yesterday and used the microwave to time myself. I managed over a minute balancing on my right leg. Very exciting!

‘All head up’, so I’ll do this one Eleni ❤❤❤! I now have developed Diabetic Macular Oedema so am going through a series of injections in my right eye. Not fun but I will not give up. I simply must elevate head and no pressure on eyes. All for a year at least. Thanks for this all standing workout! ❤❤❤
Its great job i crushed it now i feel more power with dummbels its fantastic moves with beautiful songs and the last tune with last moves gives more motivation well done 👍 elni more like that one
