In this video you will know that how to register plot and what is full process of this. Thanks Registration of Property is Compulsory. Registration of the property is a full and final agreement signed between two parties. Once a property is registered, it means that the property buyer in whose favour the property is registered is the lawful owner of the premises and is fully responsible for it in all respects. Is it compulsory to register a property? : Property Registration in India is compulsory under section 17 of the Indian Registration Act, 1908. The registration of property is to be done in the Registrar's Offices by the Sub-Registrar. However, the onus lies on the buyer to verify the property title before registration. Is PAN card mandatory for buying property registration?: PAN Card is not mandatory for an NRI as they are non-residential Indians with Indian passports; especially if they do not plan to invest money into any business in India. However it is mandated by the government to have a PAN Card if, To buy a property they do not necessarily need a PAN Card as per rule 114C. Can a property be registered in two names?: yes the registration can be done in joint names, however if any one person is taking a housing loan, then essentially the bank would not permit inclusion of any other persons name as joint owner of the property unless it is husband and wife.

Aur humne 18.5 mai liya hai
To builder muze bol raha hai use pura 18.5 lakh par 18% GST lagta hai
Aur builder govt valuation ka dega but remaining matlab 3.5lakh ka 18% muzhe builder ko dena hoga
