      Sir maine ek plot liya 12 lakh Ka 3 lakh advance Diya aur Baki amount ke liye 6 month Ka time manga .
      Uska agreement v h mere Pas but seller ab bat Nahi kr rha aur Nahi phone utha rha mujhe kya krna Chahiye please advice me
      Main foj main hu isliye uska pata krna mushkil ho rha

    What is the way to take advance. Can advance be given without the agree ment or it has to be after and with in the agreement, then only advance can be taken,

    At 10:39 sale deed registration within 4 months from date of signing. Here registration is at the sub registrar's office? And is buyer supposed to get it registered or both buyer and seller after signing of the documents?

      Sumit Singh. Registry means that you have to get your sale deed registered. Technically sale deed or registry are same and that's the final ownership document. Hope, you've subscribed. Some great content is lined up :)

    Hi Asset Yogi, mere pass ek house registry hai UP state ki jise mai pad raha hun. Usme ek jagah likha ki 4500000 jiske aadhe 2250000 hote hain me bahak 2nd party ke baya katayi kardi aur bechdi.. is line ka kya matlab hai? Please help

    Sir, kya ye sales deed sub registrar ki presence me hi hone padti hai aur kya registry ke time buyers, sellers aur witnesses k photos liye jaane mandatory hote hai ? Also, agar buyer beemar ho aur sub registrar offcie nahi aa sakta ho to kya sub registrar buyer k ghar jaakar bhi uske sign aur thumb print le sakta hai ? Aur agar le sakta hai to kya us beemar buyer ki photograph us sales deed me nahi lagai jaegi ? Kindly help with this. Thanks
