    Hi Mukul, According to your introductory Video, your vision is amazing.     Sir ye video dekh ke bahut si jaankari mili. Thank You for this. Wanted to know the following for doing a check on the documentation. Whom do we ask for these documents from? Is it the owner who will give these documents? Owner would very easily make fake documents and show it to us.
    Also is there anyone who would help NRI’s for buying these properties?

    Sir, please clarify our doubts, if a seller has two plots A and B. If the seller buys one plot A, can the buyer arrange a separate 7/12 for the said plot A sir.. will there be complications etc in this process in Maharashtra.. kindly guide.

    Jiska govt valuation 15 Lakh hai
    Aur humne 18.5 mai liya hai
    To builder muze bol raha hai use pura 18.5 lakh par 18% GST lagta hai
    Aur builder govt valuation ka dega but remaining matlab 3.5lakh ka 18% muzhe builder ko dena hoga
    Does anyone know about these taxes
    Konsa section hai ?
    Aur kitna paisa lagta hai?

    I think you missed the Sale permission part. The DM office and municipality permission or development authority before making the deed. But the information was useful.

      Cheque payment or RTGS payment karni chahiye high worth property transactions mein. Anyway cash transactions are illegal in real estate.

    Government or municipal corporations ki zaameen, plot,property hai ya koi owner ki online ya 7/12 se kese pata karen... In Maharashtra...7/12 se tax receipt,bill ya tax kit na hai kese pata karen....
