Please make a video on check list or parameters required to apply for Occupancy certificate. When a builder said they have achieved Occupancy certificate what all things should be completed by them.
In Hyderabad, Builder is does not provide WC and tap fittings. I won't be able to check the slope of bathroom. The drainages are not covered with steel jaalis also.

Kindly analyse this case if possible The bank is saying that under a certain scheme the bank is offering 8.5% interest on shop loan (commercial loan) FOR 1 YEAR while the current rate is 11%....on asking what after 1 year, they said if rate rises then you have to pay accordingly. Now i get the point that they are offering this 8.5% to attract customers for a year then after that 11% will be applicable.. So, sirji what do you suggest.... Is it normal or is it a loss for a customer??
Why in India they do not put the AC tubes and wiring at finishing to prevent breaking the wall again here in Malaysia they do it. looks clean and neat .workmanship india us very poor
