- In this video, I have shared the process of taking possession of new flat along with the things to check in your flat before taking the possession of your new flat. Taking possession of a new flat may sound very simple but involves quite a few steps from checking few important documents such as offer of possession, occupancy certificate, completion certificate, payment ledger, car parking allotment letter and possession letter. It also involves inspecting the flat thoroughly and knowing what to check during flat possession including electrical fittings, tiles, doors, windows, balconies, bathroom & bath fittings, kitchen and car parking. Once need to ensure that all the fittings are functioning properly and are as per the specification committed by builder in the builder buyer agreement. I have shared a complete checklist before taking possession of your new flat.

In Hyderabad, Builder is does not provide WC and tap fittings. I won't be able to check the slope of bathroom. The drainages are not covered with steel jaalis also.

The bank is saying that under a certain scheme the bank is offering 8.5% interest on shop loan (commercial loan) FOR 1 YEAR while the current rate is 11%....on asking what after 1 year, they said if rate rises then you have to pay accordingly. Now i get the point that they are offering this 8.5% to attract customers for a year then after that 11% will be applicable..
So, sirji what do you suggest.... Is it normal or is it a loss for a customer??
