- This was scripted as an RE6 Chris episode back in January, but I got sidetracked by MK and other subjects, and I then realised it was really more about Jill and needed some rewriting, so it took even longer to get out.

RE6 needed Claire and Jill. That would've been dope to have had Chris, Leon, Jill, Claire, Sherry and Ada in the same game with their stories crossing over one another time after time as each protagonist's story progressed.
Don't forget Barry, Rebecca, Billy, Carlos, Ark Thompson and the children he adopted and Moira and Polly!
@@PedroLucas-mg5je Maybe Barry because he's in the BSAA, and Rebecca because she works on creating different types of Vaccines, but those other characters didn't need to be in this game. They were just one timers.
@@tigga2300 Billy helped Rebecca from the majority of RE 0(he could've had passed through a trial and being declared innocent off-screen on the time gap between Code Veronica and Umbrella Chronicles), Carlos saved Jill from her T-Virus infection on RE 3(It would've been incredible to have an Revelations 3 focused on Jill and Carlos trying to take down Nicolai), Ark Thompson is Leon's best friend and he would've offered himself to be Leon's partner on his agent duties a lá Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson(It would've been super cool if Ark and Carlos were in the Operation Javier with Leon and Krauser) and I always thought of the idea of Jake, Sherry, Piers, Barry's daughters, the pair of kids Ark adopted at the end of RE Survivor and maybe even Valenfield's children becoming the new protagonists of the franchise if RE 5 and 6 finished the OG characters' storylines!
Let's be real here. Wesker simply wanted a female version of himself. The only thing Battle-Suit Jill missed was a pair of shades. I cannot be swayed.

Jill's PTSD would be a good point to make a more psychological-horror oriented RE. Remember RE3.5 with the hallucination mechanics, the seemingly supernatural environment? Yeah, how about a virus that makes her hallucinate and give her horrible wesker flashbacks. Also why is it that Claire and Jill gets shoved in lesser known spinoffs (don't get me wrong Revelations 1 and 2 were better than 5 and 6) while Leon and Chris are placed in the more bombastic entries. Claire and Jill are definitely returning for upcoming remakes of RE2 (and hopefully RE3), but it's time they get the main hero spotlight.

It's a real tragedy for us Jill fans that they practically abandoned Jill as a character after RE5 but I suppose Capcom didn't figure out how to implement her into the story or how to put her story forward as they simply cannot downplay her story from RE5. No other character has endured real hardship as Jill did, except for maybe Sherry (lost parents at a very young age, was infected with a virus and was kept under surveillance for many, many years)
Chris is a typical hero archetype, that's why they prefer to use him so often over others (and it doesn't require any deep or meaningful writing as evidenced by RE6).
Your mistake is thinking they had a plan for the story all these years after initial games. Look to the narrative, not so much the content produced to make sense of it.

@@tgabz Thus what happens when you don't plan. You end up unsure how to use characters, when to use or even the plot they're involved in. Anything can have a story, but for how long it makes sense or is good depends on how far ahead it was written. That's how bad sequels, run-on shonen get dull and shows lose luster; everything has to end at some point, but money usually kills it because milk it to death.
@marcus24000 Rebecca? If you didn't watch the movie with her in it, she doesn't want to be involved in combat anymore. Just be a scientist. Claire isn't military either, and trying to have a normal life, unless you ignored any background on her as well.
Not all women are meant to be fighters, but can if need be. Jill is the only one that is trained and wants to be involved. Consider plot and character before just assuming they should be there just because of their sex.
@marcus24000 Speculation aside, she wants to let her science fight back. Claire has been trying to live a normal life. Women are geared different than men, Jill signed up for it. Claire never did, she was looking for her brother mainly. You had the one woman in Helen or whoever in 6, and Shiva in 5, even in 4 you had President'sdaughter. Alongside males. Capcom is far from alienating women, so you all need to let it go.
I really hate what Capcom have done with Jill Valentine, she is my favorite character, and wasted her, she was in the first game, she fight against nemesis, and even she sacrifice her life to save Chris, i hope at least she appear in some new game.
I have no idea why they decided to cut her out or RE6 for Chris's generic soldier buddy but it was probably a blessing. Here's hoping once they're done remaking the golden age games she returns in RE8.

Nicolas Reversat Capcon said something about the REmake games being their own thing aside from the canon, so if they keep on doing the REmakes and giving the stories better renditions hopefully they can give Jill, Claire, Sherry maybe even Hunk (that’s wishful thinking with him though) some justice. That’s the only way I can see them doing anything more with Jill and the others characters since they’re getting up their on age already.
Very well done! I completely agree with you. I always felt that Jill should’ve been AT LEAST mentioned in Resident Evil 6. They even have a perfect scene for that in the game already.
When Piers finally speak up, after Chris looses another team in China (they were killed by the snake). Piers said something like this: “ I’m glad Finn is not here to see you like this!” They should’ve just replaced “Finn” with “Jill” and it would’ve work

Absolutely brilliant. And I'd like to add that trauma in general is rarely fully explored in gameplay, despite being so a rich ground for storytelling. Another reason why you should be paid big bucks for doing this.

They dabbled in trauma with Chris in RE5 and RE6.

Practically the entire series is a wasted plotential. You can tell that they've been making things up as it goes along. A shame considering things started pretty interesting.
While not a good excuse the RE series was always gameplay first and story last in fact the first RE didn't have a story when it was being
made only set up the story was add later and in the case of RE4 doesn't even have a script/scenario writer it was cut from the game

Their backgrounds completely contradict both gameplay and story elements. As I said above.

Would've been much better if the entire S.T.A.R.S. Alpha team was replaced by two individuals replacing Chris and Jill. A reporter and a rookie private investigator would've worked better for both story and gameplay. Wesker can be a full on scientist instead of Alpha team leader. Similar to how the Outbreak and 7 characters. They are pretty much average people trying to survive. Not S.W.A.T. operators.

Jill Valentine is my all time favorite character of any medium. Since playing the original RE, I've never attached to a fictional character more. I think because RE1 was the first time I ever remember being scared while doing something in my life combined with trying to keep Jill alive, and the horrible feeling of getting her killed horribly numerous times, there was a deep connection to the character that was formed that was hard to repeat. The closest were naturally Harry Mason in Silent Hill (the only other time I was actually scared, it wears off after a few experiences and it's not the same even if a game is still scary it doesn't have the same effect) and Gordon Freeman in Half-Life.
All that said, Capcom has shown me they can redo Jill's story over and over and I'll always be all about it. So even if they don't really take the story forward they could do various retcons and retellings and it would be fine with me. I'd love to see them dig further in on the bond of Chris and Jill, I think it has a bit more meaning if it's not actually romantic. Jill's story was the reason I loved RE5, and I loved Sheva too, but I was on the edge of my seat to find out what happened to Jill. I even watched the movies which I did not particularly enjoy, because Jill was in their somewhere, although they kinda ruined her the first time. Jill's appeal, for me, was that as capable as she was, she seemed meek, humble, sensitive, and caring not brash, hardened, and arrogant. It's much more impressive to me when someone can be strong without an inflated opinion of themselves and abrasive attitude, especially through all of the things that she has gone through.
That's what makes her tackling Wesker out the window so compelling as well, and what she suffers because of it. She's not some showboating, thrill-seeking, adrenaline junkie that wants to go out in a blaze of glory saving the day, but, rather, she is entirely motivated by empathy which is more impressive to me as a hero. Even more reason that I think the romantic aspect would lose something, because I feel that Jill would do the same for Barry, Forest, Richard, Rebecca, etc. Further empowering how deeply affected she would have been by Wesker's abuse and control. There are very few heroes like Jill in the media and I could always use to see more of her story.

Thank you! I felt the same way when I first played Resident Evil (2002 Remake). I think that was the first time I became attached to a player avatar and wanted her to survive this nightmare that was the Spencer Mansion. One small thing that will always stand out in that regard is the Save Room where a small lantern is placed on top of the crates and you can click on it and it says; "The warm light makes you relax." Something about that little detail always stuck with me. Say what you will about RE3 (2020) but I noticed she has a lantern placed in one of the window sills of her apartment. When I noticed that it put a smile on my face.
They need Jill to meet Claire for once. And Leon while she's at it

I cannot agree enough. Of all the things Capcom did wrong with RE6, Jill and Claire being excluded from it entirely (nevermind Jill being practically excluded from RE as a whole entirely since RE5) despite what Chris is going through and the established "drop everything to come help" dynamic they all have was definitely one of the bigger things they did wrong, and of course missing out on the opportunity for Jill and Claire to have screentime together. As usual, your take on how things should've happened was infinitely better than what ACTUALLY happened
They've been practically excluded since RE3/CV respectively and didn't make reappearances nearly often enough, now we see a repeat.
From what I have seen of RE2make so far (bits up until December+CE items), marketing and reveals, Claire even takes a backseat to Leon now. Not entirely unsurprising though.

Not really true, she was in Revelations 1 which was years after RE5. It feels like she's been forgotten because it's been a while, but you kinda have to remember that the only game that has actually progressed RE's story since 6 is RE7, which came out almost 3 years ago now and before that RE6 was nearly 5 by the time RE7 came out. This decade RE has had a very slow progression.

She was mentioned in Resident evil revelations 2 when you unlock the secret letters. Jill wrote to Barry , explaining she was undergoing through tests , and can’t wait to be in the field again etc....so maybe there is some work being but who knows :(
Problem is Revelations 2 did not get released till 2015. Capcom is incompetent with their storytelling.

This is real smart. Plus, it would make sense for the villains to send Chris after Jill since she has special T-Virus antibodies from RE3 that they would want. Smart use of using PTSD regarding mind control. Marvel has pretty much ditched that story with Carol Danvers by showing she's now just embarrassed it happened liked she got drunk at a party. I understand they don't want their new #1 heroine to be a rape victim but writers like Chris Claremont and Kurt Busiek handled the topic with maturity.
Must've been a real shock back in the day when Claremont brought her back as an alcoholic.
@@The4thSnake Not really since the topic was treated respectfully since Carol's teammates in the Avengers wanted her to get better (except for Quicksilver who wanted her thrown out but back then he was a total prick) but all she did was lash out. It's pretty disturbing now since in the current comics Carol drinks all the time but it's treated like a good thing since she's _"living life to the fullest."_
"Strong r*pe (and other trauma) survivor" is a character concept I would LOVE to see more of, to say the least.

Gonna be honest, The Wesker children thing was very interesting, but I remember in the Wesker Report from the Code Veronica X DVD, Wesker stating that he and his company had Sherry Birkin in their custody. I wish that had become Cannon, could have been more interesting that her being a Junior BSAA member in RE6. Just replace her with Rebecca, Claire or Sheva.

1) Hunk, good question, even though is more for curiosity than necessary.
2) Carlos and Billy, their whereabouts are technically irrelevant, it is not that they are important part of the overall plot of RE outside of the games they appeared, Carlos is just a mercenary, and Billy was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, but it is not they have a reason to reappear or even to be mentioned at all.
3) T Veronica virus and Steve. This one was already answered a long time ago. Wesker used his body for experimentation, Wesker started doing business with the Samples he got from Steve's body. This led to the events of
-Operation Javier, where Javier Hidalgo uses the T Veronica virus on Manuela.
-Resident Evil 6, in which Carla combined the T. Veronica virus with the G Virus to create the C Virus.

Dude, as a Die hard RE fan, your imagination for a hypothetical Jill story is commendable. That set up for Jill sounds like it has pliable potential for future games involving Jill. I respect your imagination and logic for the character and story that you projected for the world of Resident Evil.
Jill needs to come back ASAP as the main character. She’ll be such an awesome character after RE5 events. We need proper dialogue between her and Chris on what she went through.

Well, canonically, Claire was dealing with the aftermath of the events of Revelations 2 during the time where Chris was missing after Edonia since Piers is mentioned during the epilogue if you get the proper ending for that game. Though I don't think it's covered who she was talking to, she talks about Chris being in China already and how she was going to leave her brother to Piers since she trusts him. Mind you, she was recovering and Barry was also busy tracking down the island where his daughter was supposedly killed (Which took six months IE the same amount of time where Chris was missing before the China events of RE6). With Chris and Barry both MIA, there was no way Jill could have been able to leave since the three founding members of the B.S.A.A. are Chris, Barry and Jill if I'm remembering that right. Though Jill should be used more and I'd like to see how they could finally use Jill more and possibly deepen the relationships between her and Chris. They've so far wasted her potential and basically side tracked her character which is a stupid mistake on their part.
Jill is my favorite character in the series like she went through the most than any character she needs to return like what's up with her she probably still coping from Resident Evil 5 these years later.

I always thought it was dumb that Jill and Claire didn't make an appearance in RE6. Not only is there Chris in RE6 but there are also Leon and Sherry so they had plenty of opportunities to bring back Claire. As for Jill, it s pretty unbelievable that she wouldn't try and find him especially if she knows he has amnesia. She literally tried to look for him in RE Rev 1. Instead of bringing back classic characters and having a one hell of a story, they create new characters such as Helena that nobody really cares about. I mean Helena is ok don't get me wrong but she is one of the least memorable characters in RE.

I’m over Leon. He honestly not that cool in his older ages. He was at his coolest during RE4 but in RE6 he’s blinded dumb by Ada and acts way too serious. Here’s hoping Leon gets a better character arc like Chris has had.

When Leon was introduced in RE2 back in 1998 he turned the world upside down people were obsessed with him and when he returned in RE4 people lost their minds in excitement shit I did. Leon is the most established character and beloved Resident Evil character to date.

I think the reason Capcom “forget” her is pretty simple. "She is too old to appear on the scene." After some producers said about Iris and Cindy in FFXV, I have no doubt that Capcom is using the same tactic.

Neither have Jill and Leon, albeit theyve read each others reports of Raccoon City.
Jill will return in the RE3 remake (obviously). Hope they model her after Julia Voth like in the original REmake. Maybe even take it a step further and reinvent the character a bit by getting Julia to do mo-cap and voice acting for Jill this time around.

It honestly almost feels like they completely forgot about Jill in recent games even though she was the main character of the original trilogy. Even though I hope she comes back in 8 I doubt she'll be the protagonist since when you compare how the game played as Ethan compared to Chris in 7 people much preferred Ethan since it was less action and more survival horror. The problem now is all these main characters are now 1. Superheroes and 2. Starting to get too old which leaves the series in a really tough spot since every time they tried to introduce new characters they never stuck.
well we have sherry and jake,which i was hoping for more jake for resident evil 7 as you run around doing kung fu moves on enemies.

After watching Death Island and seeing what they did with Jill there, this video still holds strong.
I'm pretty sure they will make a game based on Jill, but having a character with PTSD is much harder to write than some dudes punching boulders and vampire ladies.

Nah. They have never came across as romantic with eachother. They are best friends and more like a familly. Infact Chris has showen no interest in any woman atall, inact outright shut down Jessica when she tried to flirt with him, the most sexual tension he had was with Piers when he pins him against a wall. Add in the fact capcom keep giving him setriotypical gay costumes (leather dady/ sailor boy) I'm fairly sure he's not meant to be straight.

I think the games completely moved into another direction after 7 but they got Chris in 7 in that horrible design but I hope Jill return there should be Jill and Claire game where they finally meet and work together throw in Ada and Sherry to.
With the RE2 remake in the works it seems like for once they are doing the smart thing and using this as a jumping off point and as a new fresh start for the canon. They can and or could basically pretend some of the later titles never happened going forward depending on what else they are willing to remake.

Nemesis got his head chopped of then thrown into a tub of acid that was used to dispose of B.O.W.s like him.After the final fight he gets hit with a rail gun which is the strongest weapon in the RE universe but he was still alive then it tskes 7 bullets to "kill" him but then raccon city got nuked.

Seeing as how Sheva is part of the African branch in the BSAA, if the next game were to be set in Africa hopefully they bring her back. That or just send her off to assist Chris, Jill, or other BSAA members around the globe considering the experience and skills she acquired in RE5. Still, I would love to see her again only because she is one of my favorite RE character.

Jill is and will always be my favorite character in the entire RE series, the franchise in general has a special place in my heart
I got so sad when capcom confirmed no Jill in RE6, and then after finishing the game reading everything Jill is not even mentioned...
She went through so much during RE5, fck, she was our main goal more than half of the game and then they just delete her?

Your version is awesome, and i would have loved to see that in RE6 instead of panic Chris. Im glad that Claire got her own game in REvelations2 and that Barry is back, but I was waiting for the Sherry and Claire moments too.
I still hope Capcom do not waste Jill Valentine's character. She is more than a main character, she is a female protagonist icon in the game comunity. She has so much potential specially with all that happened in RE5. Her bond to Chris is more than partners, maybe lovers, but they've walked through the same hell toghether and will do it again for each other.
With the latest games Capcom has made the right choices. So im really looking for a Jill Valentine's game next to continue with the main storyline (no more prequels pls).

Chris' whole amnesia story line in RE6 was a complete mess within what was a general mess of a game anyway.
This was a great take on what the story of RE6 should have been and I co-sign the shit out of it.
I always found it weird that RE6 brought back Leon, Chris and Sherry with a Wesker, but not Jill, Claire and Barry, when it would have made so much sense. I also found it weird / annoying how they kept bringing back one well known character from the franchise and then pairing them with a stranger. Replacing Piers with Sheva would have been a nice touch, given that she'd been on a mission with Chris already, so there's genuine care and history there. Her presence could have also been another trigger for Jill's PTSD. Plus, a bit more female representation would have helped offset the wholly male unit that Chris and Piers were apart of.

But as was explained in this video, with certain stories and circumstances, sometimes it makes sense to bring characters back than to have complete strangers. If we're going with The 4thSnake's proposed story; then having Claire instead of Helena would have made sense, given Chris' amnesia and Sherry being out on the run with a Wesker. It would have felt right.
Also, there are a bunch of characters from the RE canon outside of the original usual suspects that could be brought back. For instance (and this is just a random example) but we could have has Carlos from RE3 instead of Piers, which at least brings in the connection to Jill. Or had Sheva back again. One of the criticisms at RE5 was that nobody really cared about her and she and Chris didn't seem close. Bringing them back together would have made sense. And having her be one of the infected agents who ends up dying would have added more emotional weight and added to Chris' guilt of being unable to protect her the same way he was unable to protect Jill - triggering his amnesia.

@WillFanofMany : Claire featuring in Leon's campaign wouldn't completely disallow everything transpiring in a some-what similar way. Helena could have been an Ada type character who frequently appears and Leon is invested in / has a history with, whilst Claire just happens to be there to look for her brother. Also, there could have been tension between Leon and Claire if Leon believed in Helena, but Claire didn't. It could also be the other way around, but everybody would find it strange that Claire is in the game and not playable, especially given that her brother is playable in his own campaign.
So you're telling me that Sheva can't be re-stationed? Her ending up in China would be no more strange than Chris ending up there. Or the two of them ending up in the middle of a volcano.
"Claire not being in the same league". Really tho? Even in the wake of characters in RE going through some serious transformations? Leon was a complete rookie, wet behind the ears cop who went on to become an action hero who can ride a motorcycle with no hands whilst poppin' headshots on super speed dogs on a freeway. Chris went from Zack from Saved by the bell to Dwayne' The Rock' Johnson. And Jill went from some dim witted chick in a beret, to single-handedly fighting off a zombie apocalypse in a boob tube without so much as having a titty pop out, to full on Nina Williams. Characters can change. A lot.
@@RandomJtv throwing out claire in the story would be just forcing the plot. Using new characters would not require that much of a backtracking since they're new to the franchise. And not to mention the demise fans felt after seeing 6, claire would just be ruined too.
Sheva wasn't in RE6 because even though she is a member of BSAA, she's in the West Africa Branch.
@@momochan5963 except it wouldn't because helena wasnt actually detrimental to the plot where playing her matters. She could have been an ada character who is showing up to look for her sister and as leon is going through his campaign finds out about Simmons. It's incredibly easy to take helena out because she doesnt offer much as a character. Having Claire works because shes a known character that has teamed up with leon and having her be part of the action makes sense an a scene where she and Leon meets up with sherry could have been so good and much better than what we've gotten.
I had exactly the same thoughts. I am SICK and TIRED of Jill not showing up. Seriously, SHE should have been partnered with Chris in RE 6 instead of Piers. Don't get me wrong, I like Piers, but after all what Jill and Chris have been through (especially in RE 5) it would have been amazing seeing them partnered in RE 6 again. On top of that, Jill is a founding member of the BSAA. It would have made so much more sense for her to be in that game instead of Piers. But, as you already said, she wasn't even mentioned, what the hell. It seems like Capcom didn't quite know how to continue her story after what had happened to her in RE 5, but still.
Another wasted plotential in RE is Excella imo. She had great potential. Sadly knowing Wesker her fate was sealed but honestly...She could have been plotting against Wesker. Not being an underdog to him, injecting him with a bigger dose of Uroboros maybe idk she could have killed Wesker herself.

I think they cooked up that “Chris is an amnesiac” subplot in 6 just so Chris wouldn’t look like a coward who would willingly abandon his comrades and loved ones. It also kind of undoes the ending of 5, where he already came to the conclusion that the fight was “worth it”.
Chris wasn't even originally planned to be in RE6. He became a part of it, when some dev drew a picture of him and Leon pointing guns at each other and others thought that was cool. That's the story behind there.
I agree with you though. RE6 undermined his new gained hope from RE5. It was unnecessary to repeat that but apparently fans liked that story. Personally, I felt like Chris' story in 6 was all predictable military drama.
The part about RE6 that really just broke me was when Chris is going all aggro about killing Ada, and Pyrce says "What would [random soldier whose name I can't be bothered to remember] say if he was here? >=c " because the thought occurred to me, how much more impactful would that moment had been if he said "What would JILL say if she was here?"

I still don't consider RE7 "Redfield" to be Chris. Sure the way they've handled him in every appearance since 5 have been rehashes and they seem to have inconsistencies in each (Like you mention about Jill and Claire not dropping everything to find Chris like they have in the past), but 7 takes it to a whole new level, where in addition to not looking or sounding like Chris it doesnt make sense in the plot to be Chris and he doesn't even act like him, except for punching enemies lol.

I'm very happy I came across this video. Capcom has been showing less and less of the four main characters. The least they deserve is some closure to their respective stories and a proper sendoff before they get too old to keep fighting BOWs.
This sounds alot better then what we got.
The series was doing good character wise (development and appareances). But things started to go downhill when they started to focus on Chris and Leon for everything. And even so, Leon has some rest, but Chris started appearing in everything after RE5, I personally started to get bored of his character. Unlike when he appeared in Code Veronica, that was fresh to see him there.
I’d say Leon has featured more. He’s in all 3 of those CGI films. Jill and Claire shouldn’t definitely feature in a game together sometime soon, though.
@@luisitojr1992 . After Re5, Chris has appeared in every game (except REV2. Leon (and Ada) have been following their normal routine of pair games (2,4,6) , I wasnt thinking in the movies at all, but then you are right, Leon is in every movie too. Both of them are annoying me for completely as they appear in everything. But Chris is even in the manga of the Sonido de Tortuga Island. But I focus more in the games, in those ones Leon has more rest between appearances than Chris. I didnt like RE7, still I know he is there, even when the story is far from being related at all with the others, yet. They include him just because....yes. I dont think Leon has more appearances than Chris at all right now overall either.

Great video, and a fantastic idea. I was a little iffy when you brought up Alex Wesker, but you sold it with the idea that the Alex/Chris vs. Jill/Barry fight could mimic the RE5 confrontation. It would be insanely awesome to see Barry and Jill together again (I loved their friendship so much in REBirth), and to add Claire to the mix so she can meet up with Sherry... perfection. Your comments throughout are hilarious too. You're saying what all RE fans are thinking, like Claire and Jill never meeting being "madness." Yes! It absolutely is.
It does her Jill's character a great injustice to just ignore her trauma or sweep it away by having her say "Don't worry about me" to Chris in RE5. Like, yes, Jill, we need to worry about you.
Mind control of a female by a male character usually includes rape (or at least alludes to it), like you mentioned with Jessica Jones. But such an extreme form of abuse shouldn't be the only reason to explore the trauma. I think the oversight here is more likely that Capcom just used Jill as a way to advance Chris' character and cause some drama. They didn't plan on taking the "mind controlled Jill" story any further than those few scenes in RE5. But I like the idea of a Revelations 3 that could give us some closure.
It seems to me every time Capcom stumbles upon an rich storyline, they run away from it. I'll always be haunted by the green blood Leon spit up in Gaiden. Sure it wasn't a main title in the series (or on a main console), but Leon's one of the main 4. If they brought up Jill's antibodies from Nemesis, why not address Leon's infection? Capcom does way too much disservice to their own characters.

Jill is my favourite character and I do love Claire but Jill should of been in Claire's place in Revelations 2. She was the protagonist in the first and has a closer link to the Burtons. Jill taking Moira under her wing as Barry searches for them would have been apt. Maybe this isn't perfect as I am very biased toward Jill. Bring back Valentine!

What I don't think is fair is how Chris gets to star in two games straight and becomes a major playable character in the DLC of RE7. I really missed when the series made the main characters take turns being the leads of their respective games.
