  • In this video I will show you how I make my silky soft dinner rolls. I prefer to use a milk and butter based recipe as I find it gives the rolls an overall softer texture and greater flavour and colour.
Below I have listed the ingredients that you will need:
    20g Salt
    10g Bread Improver
    10g instant dry yeast
    25g Sugar
    80g Butter
    300ml Water
    300ml Milk
    1kg Bakers Flour
I hope you enjoy this recipe and please be sure to like and subscribe!
    Enjoy.

I first tried bread and other goodies baked by Mike 50 years ago in Mitchell in western Queensland. He and others in his family are fantastic bakers, wonderful businessmen and he is now a great tutor. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have recently grown an interest in baking bread (especially in a camp oven). I've watched many videos on baking bread but relate to yours the most. Thanks for the inspiration

Hi Mike, thank you so much for sharing the skill set that you have. I find it fascinating to watch you tutorials. I have tried to make bread previously, and as a diesel mechanic, have made some pretty good speed humps. Thank you again, I look forward to seeing your next videos.

Hey Mike, I made these and they were great. Would this still work if I substituted the milk for oat milk and normal butter for nutelex? We are trialing dairy free to see if it improves my son's skin issues!

I worked for them as a young bloke for 4 years. I was on the front counter mind you. They were hard working people like all bakers.
