Hi Mike. Have tried your sausage rolls and they are fantastic. Have a freezer full of them now for future use. Have you thought about doing a video for a good plain meat pie recipe? Keep your recipes coming. It's hard to buy good old fashioned baked goods these days. You retired bakers are icons and your knowledge is priceless and needs to be passed on.👍

Hi never had that happen try a different pastry I use Borgs don’t make the filling too wet spray some oil on paper is the paper good quality baking paper 👍
Just found your channel and subbed, can't wait to try some of the recipes. I already have the bread soaking for these sausage rolls. Can I ask a big favour though, in future can you add the gram weights to your recipes? I find it much easier to scale up/down if weights are in grams.

Hi sausage mince is all the scrap meat it could be anything it also has a filler in it like flour and meal mixture I like to start with good mince. 👍
