    Well done mike ,my like button isint working ..but its great to,see other fellow bakers have a interest in baking i m a 6th generation in bakers my dad said my cousins in victoria was george methven the cobb bakers in Australia was then 1950.s .i like the. Old versions of the creamry bags ,you use .👍👍👍

      @@masterbakermike3725 Hello Mike took me 2 days and 7 stores to find puff pastry found some at a local US foods store anyway these turned out fantastic in fact better than my old local pie shop in the Sutherland Shire thank you for bringing a bit of home back for me.

    Hi Mike. Have tried your sausage rolls and they are fantastic. Have a freezer full of them now for future use. Have you thought about doing a video for a good plain meat pie recipe? Keep your recipes coming. It's hard to buy good old fashioned baked goods these days. You retired bakers are icons and your knowledge is priceless and needs to be passed on.👍

    Beautiful recipe. Glad to see you're using beef, so many people use pork which isn't right. I worked in a bakery for over 8 years and ours had beef also.

    I recently made your rolls & they tasted great.
    But they stuck to the baking paper.
    Appreciate knowing how to avoid this.

      Hi never had that happen try a different pastry I use Borgs don’t make the filling too wet spray some oil on paper is the paper good quality baking paper 👍

    Just found your channel and subbed, can't wait to try some of the recipes. I already have the bread soaking for these sausage rolls. Can I ask a big favour though, in future can you add the gram weights to your recipes? I find it much easier to scale up/down if weights are in grams.

    Mike. Why do everyone use sausage mince mixed with beef. Is yours all beef mince ?? Cheers 🍺

      Hi sausage mince is all the scrap meat it could be anything it also has a filler in it like flour and meal mixture I like to start with good mince. 👍

      Hi parsley oregano thyme it’s up to you they all work well 👍
