How to Make Soft Milk Bread

- Welcome back to my channel. This is my recipe for delicious, soft Milk Bread.
The ingredients for this recipe are;
360mls Water
30g Milk Powder
12g Salt
12g Sugar
600g Bakers Flour
6g Bread Improver
15g Instant Dry Yeast
20g Nuttelex
Cook at 220ºc and lower temperature to 200ºc after approximately 10 minutes.
Cook for 40minutes - turn tin at 20-25 minute mark.

Another masterpiece, my new favourite toaster 👍
Though I Couldn't find nuttelex or a dough improver,so used lard and orange juice in place of....in my opinion it's just got the nod over your Irish batch loaf, thanks again

Hi Mr. Mike, happy day to you. Yesterday I baked 3 pcs of bread following your recipe and it turned out AWESOME! The texture inside was SOFT unlike my past attempts at baking these kind of bread.
