Today we begin with a gentle guided visualization while in child’s pose. We continue with the visualization as we move through our warm-up... and then jump right into a long hold in chair pose to ground our root chakra. Next, we hold deep side stretches and tree pose on both sides of the body. We move this way through the remaining postures, one at a time and for a long hold in each posture. This is what I LOVE about hatha yoga - the postures are simple but powerful, both physically and energetically. What do you think? Don’t you just love this chakra practice??

I have recently experienced my sacral chakra receiving opening and healing. This practice balanced and awakened all chakras. v grateful.

Really enjoying this daily challenge - thank you! I especially loved doing bridge pose with my arms extended up! I’ve never done it that way before and it felt amazing near my shoulder blades/upper back!!

I honestly don't know where to start I love doing yoga working on my chakra I've been seeing good results ever since I started, the only yoga pose I struggle with is dolphin pose because when I'm dolphin pose, I have taken a little break before I go back into the dolphin pose, but I gave myself a mantra before I do anything I tell myself to do my best.
Such a good practice! Learned so new version that I will be using often from now on! I feel great and ready to get on with this Monday thing 🤣
