The Ricky Gervais show will keep you falling about for months. There is just so much of it. The greatest classic is ‘Steve and Karl, all the insults…. Men in Black.’ It is insane. I nearly pass out every time I listen.
@@MeganRuth There's a lot of Karl, Steve, and Ricky 'stuff', and there's a 'Meet Karl Pilkington 2', from a bit later. ua-cam.com/video/jx7yhM9Vcy8/v-deo.htmlsi=TxrhCpXG9jiEIO7
Hi Megan, Stephen Merchant is Ricky's co-writer on a lot of his stuff, he's also very tall and thin, which is why Karl called him a freak. They both met Karl when they did a weekly radio show on XFM and they were given Karl as producer, they started making him part of the show, then they released audio tapes of the show that you can find on UA-cam. Then HBO made an animated podcast series with the three of them, again you can find "The Ricky Gervais Show" on UA-cam. Next they decided to send Karl globe trotting, he thought he was off to see exotic sights, when in reality they were going to make him as uncomfortable as possible. He was not best pleased when he found out it was titled "An Idiot Abroad" rather than something like Karl Pilkington's Travels. He swore at the end of the first series, he would never make anymore, (he did 2 more series) Btw, Stephen is in many more joint collabs with Ricky, as well as appearances in "The Big Bang Theory" in the US, and as Mr P I Staker in Hot Fuzz.
Of course Ricky knows about conjoined twins... his point is that there's no such thing as "a two headed kid"... it's two kids who are conjoined, not one kid with 2 heads.
@@Wagoo First Conjoined twins Separation was performed in 1956. It was a well known phenomenon. Also known informally as siamese twins, based on first widely reported case of 1811. It would be quite clear Ricky knew about it.
Karl is a gift that keeps on giving. He has a huge cult following. The Ricky Gervais Show, which is an animated cartoon, is a go to for many reactors. You'll find the whole show on my page in 1080p , I got playlists of the 3 series, instead of using the rubbish 240p-360p videos that many use
Yes this guy is for real. He's just so naturally funny cause he tells it how he see it. He'll point out how bad places are rather than trying to 'sell' the place he's visiting.
Oh dear, dear lovely Megan ❤️, another person falls victim to the surreal world of Karl Pilkington, ive recommended "an idiot abroad" and its a hoot so ill recommend it again, be happy, safe and healthy ✌️
Steve Merchant created the Office with Ricky. He has appeared in a number of TV shows and Hollywood movies. Also, conjoined twins aren't two-headed - that's two people who are joined together, not a single person with one body and two heads. If you react to more Ricky and Karl, you're likely to meet Steve
Karl always thought gay people spent their nights clubbing. That's why they came in to work late and were always tired 😂 As others have said, An Idiot Abroad is brilliant. Ricky & Steve send him around the world. 15 episodes total ( the last 3 with Warwick Davis)
“If (Karl Pilkington) was a character we created, I would have not squandered him on this poxy radio station!” Stephen Merchant on their XFM radio show. To make matters worse, I watched an interview with Ricky Gervais and the interviewer asked him whether there would be any more podcasts with Steve and Karl. Ricky’s answer was basically that Karl is not the same as Karl when we first met him. He’s learnt more and a bit more knowledgeable, so the podcasts wouldn’t work any more…
Besides not finding the vein, the three chemicals that wnter your blood are extremely painful. If i remember right, the first one shuts down your nervous system so that you aren't spazzing out.
Yeah should absolutely check out the old XFM shows with Ricky, Karl and Steve. Monkey News, Cheap as Chimps, the insults, Educating Ricky and more. Comedy Gold
You should really do The Ricky Gervais Show. They are all on YT and you don't have to worry about copyright strikes. Ricky doesn't care at this point. I'd give the first on a 7 out of 10 but after that, they are all 10s. I never get tired of watching them. Then there are the XFM radio shows which are pure comedy gold. And of course the podcasts that the RGS was taken from
A friend of mine was once executed (beheaded actually) sad part is he had received a letter of pardon which was delivered to him at his execution, not knowing what it was, he told the messenger to throw it into the basket so he could read it later....BOOM...
Think about it, Ricky and Karl had you captivated for almost 25mins talking absolute nonsense. Genius or what? They do this a lot in idiot abroad and the Ricky Gervais show. Brilliant.
Decapitation is not necessarily fast. In history, many decapitations were very messy and it would take a few strikes to separate the head from the body. Before the guillotine was invented the axe could either his the shoulder or crack the top of the head like an egg. You're welcome!
G'day Megan , I'd like to say when an animal get their head chopped off they actually do have kinetic energy I've actually seen this with my own eyes 👀 , My Dad was a bit of a town farmer we kept Chicken's 🐔 Ducks 🦆 and a few Gobblers 🦃 Turkey's . As a kid my dad grabbed me by the hand took me up to the chopping block then grabbed a chook 🐔 then got out a Hatchet put his hand over mine grabbed the chook by his free hand then carefully chopped the chickens 🐔 head of then we watched for at least 10 minutes run around the backyard , we don't store all our thoughts in our brain 🧠 our thoughts also come from our backbone area , plus sort if all over our bodies , in humble opinion Karl is much more intelligent than his contemporaries
Karl's kinda not wrong with the whole "30 year olds who look older than they are" thing Progeria is a rare genetic condition that causes rapid/premature ageing, mostly affects children, but it can affect adults, too. Apart from that, yeah, the Ricky Gervais Show is a must!
Ricky Came up with the idea to ask Karl questions and he had to answer in a way as if he wasn’t as intelligent as he actually is. Ricky has no idea what Karl’s answer’s would be and Karl had no idea what Ricky would ask.
Gays do stay out late to be fair, their clubs are always opened way later than anyone else's. When I used to go out drinking the only place open to 4am was the gay club, so we all went there and it was the only place I'd have women hit on me lol.
Well, I'm 70 and I like Twix, Karl. Only thing is, an older person will probably eat it in the privacy of their home, not do it walking down the street!
Well from WW2 until like 1958 there was rationing, though obviously less and less things were rationed as time went on. So that generation didn't grow up with much and it's why their cooking was so bad for such a long time and why they probably have no nostalgia for certain things. It is crazy though when I look back just 30 years ago and food in the UK was still in a state. It wasn't until all the celeb chefs like Jamie Oliver came along that encouraged better food on TV, that there was this big explosion of people caring about where their food came from.
Whether you react to it or not, Ricky Gervais Show. Start with one in the middle, see if you like it, you will. Then do the whole 3 seasons, something like 36 half hour episodes. Not a minute wasted. I guarantee it. Its better than Idiot Abroad by far, just more about the mind of Karl, and he is better in cartoon mode. Don't go into compilations until you watched all 3 seasons, cuz it wont be as fresh then.
The infinity thing can't be proven because to get like say the whole works of Shakespeare written it would take an unquantifiable amount of time so we would never be able to tell that so basically it wouldn't happen it would happen but it would never be able to measure it so
I was thinking about that the other week when listening to a podcast and a doctor saying no one thinks about the poor people that have to carry out late term abortions. So you saying often it's not professionally trained people performing the injection, I wondering if that is because very few people want to actually take a life without it haunting them like cutting up a baby inside a woman must haunt you.
The sad part is that Karl Pilkington is not an act. There's no alter ego being creatively funny here. He makes a living, thanks mostly (initially) to RG, by being himself. He's not that bright and says some genuinely ignorant things. At high school, he got one GCSE in history, grade E; it's almost impossible to achieve less. Once you know it's not an act, it's difficult to enjoy his material, if not impossible.
He gives us Mancunians a bad rep. Technically he wasn't born in Manchester. He was born in Sale, Cheshire. Which wasn't considered to be Manchester, until the creation of Greater Manchester. Well after he was born.
Just a heads up. Ricky is a really bad bully. Karl is a lot smarter than people give him credit for. I would much rather be friends with Karl than Ricky.
The Ricky Gervais show will keep you falling about for months. There is just so much of it. The greatest classic is ‘Steve and Karl, all the insults…. Men in Black.’ It is insane. I nearly pass out every time I listen.
There’s also the XFM shows, hours and hours of them three😂😂
‘An Idiot Abroad’ is a must. Ricky & Stephen send Karl around the world to experience different cultures. 😂
100% true. It is fantastic.
great reaction !. Would be awesome if you did the whole ricky gervais show
Thank you! Yes I'll definitely check it out! :)

Ah thanks! 😂 oh dear, I feel for Karl not knowing what the intention of the show was or what it was called! That’s a bit cruel…

Of course Ricky knows about conjoined twins... his point is that there's no such thing as "a two headed kid"... it's two kids who are conjoined, not one kid with 2 heads.
ahh fair point!
Megan , google Abby and Brittany hensel two American teachers with one body that they share . One of them recently got married @@MeganRuth
No, I think at the time he was ignorant of for example: Abby & Brittany Hensel
Abby and Brittany taught at my kids school.

Hi Megan.. you really need to react to the whole of the Ricky Gervais Show, you'll love it..
This is so fantastic. Those two 😊😂🤣❤Hilarious
Please watch the animated Ricky Gervais Show, it's hours of this - you'll love it.
Yes this guy is for real. He's just so naturally funny cause he tells it how he see it. He'll point out how bad places are rather than trying to 'sell' the place he's visiting.
When Karl says "singing happy birthday for the 8th time that day" I always burst out laughing, i cant help it hahahaha 7:57

the funniest thing is the theory of infinity ricky mentions, Carl has actually been proven to be correct thanks to a recent study
Jesus i lost it the last part, with the fucking head chopped off thing😂
It's crazy to think that in such a modern sophisticated country as France, the last execution by guillotine was as recently as 1977!
Well they've only gone backwards since so bring it back!
It's almost 50 years ago. Americans are still struggling with their semi-lethal injections.

5:18. No, there are not. A two headed kid isn’t a kid, it’s two kids. I know that might seem semantic, but to them it probably isn’t.🌿🌸
there has been so many failed decapitations and there was a headless chicken that lived for years
