The granite ruins in the Soalheira property are amazing. What a cute little tiny in-town house in the Alentejo. Perfect spot to rest one's head. And as you said could be a nice rental, too. Thatsis a charming fortification and museum. Pretty town. Love this field trip, thank you, Joseph & friends.

It’s a case by case thing, depends very much on what paperwork the farm has, where it is and what the land is classified as - I just recently filmed a lakeside property that can be built on, but the neighbouring property cannot, if you want to send me an email with more information about the property in question I’d be happy to take a look and answer questions 😊 💕
