That was a fantastic place and with all the fruit trees. It must be wonderful to be abel to grow so many different fruit trees, love it. Thank you Joseph for another great presentation.
Fantastic video. Your family is a peaceful and great family in the world. You are Good Talented. A great show. We are happy and playing is such brilliant. Nice to meet you. Congratulations. God Bless You
I love watching your stuff. One of these days, I will be your paying client :) In the mean time, it would be lovely if you could include the gps co-ordinates of these places, so we can zoom out a little farther than your drone shot to see the surrounding area.
I wished I found some place like that 10 years ago. Always had a hankering for Portugal. I moved to Ireland and have a similar amount of land in the hill country in Leitrim. Can’t grow oranges and olives here🥲. It’s still beautiful here but too late for me to move again regrettably
it is great that you included the information about summer water availability, with the never ending restrictions in Portugal access to water is becoming extremely important, I read that many countries in the EU will be facing another government made "crisis" of water "shortage" and water usage will be horrendously controlled, Spain started arresting people for digging wells on their own properties, Portugal will follow soon.
@@ScottAndJen please, search for this info, I copied a link here and my comment disappeared, sorry. It was in the news in Portugal. 26 people were arrested

Bom dia Joseph. An off-topic question, you arethe cherry expert, so i thought you are the logical person to ask. In my garden ( i'm in England) i have both eating cherries and bird cherries ( ornamental). I don't knw the difference so jever get to eat them. How can i tell thedifference please?
Hi Mary! wild cherries are perfectly edible, they most probably will be less sweet and smaller, but they are fine, best to make a jam out of them if they are not palatable though, equal parts sugar to fruit and you will have a beautiful jam for spreading on toast or crackers with a little cheese! Most time cherry trees are planted as wild cherries and then grafted later on with the desired variety, so you could of course get someone to graft a eating cherry variety on to your tree, even just a branch or two on a mature tree and you will have more cherries than you can eat in just one or two years! 😊 💕
how I can receive Portugal residency because I don't have 500000 for a golden visa, I heard about D7(which also I can't use)is there any other way for moving there and live in Portugal? For example, if I buy a normal house, is it possible to earn permission to live in Portugal? or all of the people like you are there with a D7 or golden visa?
Hi Joseph How does it work with planning permission for building a house on here ? I keep reading and seeing other posts saying if there is a agricultural support building there then that is all you will be able to have on the land . Is this the case ?
Hello there, depends case by case, if, for example, you buy a property and it has two separate rustic article, there may well be the possibility to build on one and have an agricultural support building on the other, this depends on many factors though!
I saw it. This is fabulous. I am going to send you an email. I would like to come for 3 months. WOndering if you could help me find a rental from Dec 15 to March 15 2024. Thanx

Hi Joseph, My name is Conrad Holland, I’ve retired to a lovely rural location by the name of Malanda in the Atherton Tablelands in far North tropical Queensland Australia. I’ve been watching your you tube blog for the past 3 years. I’m relation to your Farms for Sale segment, o think a lot of interested people would be interested to find out what, if any adjoining properties my also be for sale to enlarge prospective buyers a chance to increase their landholding to make various properties a more viable entity on which to farm. Kindest wishes, Conrad

Haha, love it!!! I am a Steve Irwin impersonator!
Can you build rock dams in streams and rivers that go through your land, so you can channel water for irrigation?. Cheers.

How much would it cost To set up a Little House 80-100sqm ? Could you give a rough estimation?
Is it easy to get planning permission to build say a 4/5 bed bungalow on these farms with just a small house?
